The history of New Democratic Revolution occupies a lot of space in junior middle school history teaching,which has important educational significance.Mainly describes the May Fourth Movement,the birth of the Communist Party of China,The Long March,War of Resistance against Japan,War of Liberation of important historical events,such as through the description and analysis of the historical events,on the one hand to make the students gain historical knowledge,on the other hand,cultivate students’ patriotism,to a certain extent,is conducive to long-term development and stability of the country.With the implementation of history curriculum reform and the use of partial edition textbooks,the teaching of The history of New Democratic Revolution in junior middle school has undergone new changes.In order to cope with the new problems brought by the changes,the current teaching situation of The history of New Democratic Revolution has been explored.Starting from textbooks,this paper compares the introduction to The history of New Democratic Revolution in the newly issued 2022 curriculum standards with the course content,and analyzes the new changes.And from the textbook text system in the overall design and concrete content to explore the countermeasures to cope with the new changes.Then the teaching will be implemented to specific students and teachers,through the students of the questionnaire survey,learned that junior high school students learning The history of New Democratic Revolution,faced with similar learning content,basic knowledge is not fast;The way of learning and memory is not scientific;Students’ low sense of self-efficacy.Through the interview with the teachers,to understand the teaching situation of teachers,it can be seen that teachers have certain teaching advantages in teaching The history of New Democratic Revolution,but there are some problems at the same time,such as teaching time is short,but the capacity is too large;Classroom teaching is the main,relatively lack of guidance;Emphasis on knowledge imparting,inadequate emotional training,etc.Finally,according to the analysis of the teaching situation,summarize the teaching experience,put forward the creation of teaching situation,design the core problem,stimulate students’ interest in learning;Integrating and utilizing the teaching resources of The history of New Democratic Revolution;Strengthen the guidance of students’ learning methods;Formulate the teaching objectives of cultivating the feelings of family and country,give play to the educational role of historical figures,and cultivate the feelings of family and country.
