Social Youth Sports Club Access Criteria For Entering Primary And Secondary School Campuses,research On Cooperation Models And Implementation Paths

State general administration of sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued " on the deepening education fusion to promote the healthy development of teenagers"," on strengthening the comprehensive development of students’ physical and mental health opinions" repeatedly stressed to accelerate the development of youth sports,the implementation of youth sports promotion plan,and the State Council General Office issued the "sports power construction outline" mentioned to further strengthen the construction of youth sports club.In order to actively respond to the policy requirements and promote the better development of social youth sports club and primary and secondary schools,this paper studies the existing social youth sports club into primary and secondary school campus reality situation,analyzes a large number of club standard related policy information,such as " youth sports club basic requirements"extracurricular sports training code of conduct ",the preparation provides a solid theoretical basis for this paper.This study on the access status of club into primary and secondary schools,the domestic and abroad,and the club industry standard policy,club rating rules,combined with expert interview to establish the sports club access standard index system and use questionnaire method to verify,finally establish the social youth sports club into primary and secondary school access standard,and provides helpful advice for standardizing the unified club into campus access standard.The specific study results are as follows:Club access to the campus status quoAccording to the interview results of the school,the analysis of the results was divided into three aspects: basic conditions,coach team and standardized operation.Basic conditions: The school believes that the security capability should be one of the important access standards,followed by the systematic teaching scheme and the field equipment;the professional coaching certificate is the primary condition for most clubs and the ability to undertake sports activities to assist the school: the school is more about the standardized management of the school,etc.The club’ s industry standards standardsSurvey of 16 clubs entering the schools,Club training places(places)can basically meet the standard,All of the clubs have plenty of individual sport equipment,But only three clubs have been examined in high-risk sports,In the investigation of the club’ s security capability standards,The emergency training of practitioners and an annual safety drill are relatively low,It shows that the club has deficiencies in emergency safety management;The overall staffing and staff management of the club is good,In the survey of the standards of the training programs,The training program meets the two standards of adolescent physical and mental health and the implementation of self-management responsibility,Some club sports do not have the corresponding curriculum standards and plans.According to the text analysis of the relevant policies related to the industry standards of sports clubs and the investigation of the standard status of clubs,the requirements of site facilities and equipment,safety guarantee ability,employees,training programs and training materials will be included in the access standard index system.The Construction of the access standard and index systemAbout sports club industry standards,training institutions conduct requirements of the relevant policy documents and related literature,for different industry access standard index system related information as a theoretical basis,and through the expert interview and questionnaire method to find out the relevant modifications,and develop the club into the campus access standard index system.Scientific and reasonable index system plays an important role in the cooperation between the club and the campus.The selection of the index system follows the scientific principle,systematization principle and operability principle,and combined with the opinions of experts,the six primary indexes of the studied clubs are determined: qualification condition,personnel standard,site equipment standard,course arrangement,standardized management,and service standard;11 secondary indexes: complete business qualification and licensing procedures,publicized relevant qualification,and the coaches shall have effective teaching certificate.Investigation on the rationality and satisfaction degree of the access standardsIn order to test the objectivity and rationality of the access standard index system,the evaluation results of relevant experts show that the index system structure is relatively reasonable,the integrity of the index system is good,and the overall evaluation of the index system is satisfactory,indicating that the access standard can be used for social youth sports clubs into primary and secondary schools.The implementation path of the access standardsFurther strengthen and improve the policy support of after-school sports club participating in school sports construction,strengthen the construction supervision;the club should continue to follow up the school development pace and develop more sports projects suitable for primary and middle school students;the school accelerates the implementation of club into campus access standards,each region can grade clubs according to their own needs,so as to select their own partners;establish multi-department sports intervention platform,strengthen student physical health and strengthen sports knowledge publicity.
