The continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform in the 21 st century has prompted people to realize that the construction and healthy development of any course cannot be separated from the “escort” of curriculum evaluation.In China,the concept of combining education with production and labor is consistent and deeply rooted in the people’s hearts,and the labor education curriculum has become a compulsory course for universities,primary and secondary schools.As the “beginning”,the construction,development and function of primary school labor education curriculum are also inseparable from the intervention of curriculum evaluation.The construction of a systematic and comprehensive primary labor education curriculum evaluation system is not only the need to implement the national labor education policy,but also the development of primary labor education curriculum,and to promote the effectiveness of the curriculum.However,in the new era,the research results on the evaluation of labor education in China are relatively few.Therefore,it is not only theoretical significance,but also important practical significance to explore and construct the evaluation system of primary school labor education curriculum.The basis of this study includes policy basis,theoretical basis,practical basis and labor subject basis.The policy basis is a series of labor education-related policies such as the“Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era”.The theoretical basis is the curriculum evaluation theory and the multi-subject evaluation theory.The realistic basis(feasibility basis)is the characteristic of contemporary labor.In the new era,China’s labor is characterized by more unity of physical labor and mental labor,closer connection between labor and science and knowledge,and increasing importance of creative labor,spiritual labor and service labor,in the meantime,there are some differences between urban and rural pupils in participating labor.Labor subject basis refers according to the students’ physical,mental and cognitive development level to choose and implement labor projects and contents that they are willing to,competent to,safe and meaningful.The focus of this study is to comprehensively use literature analysis,policy analysis and other methods to construct the evaluation system of contemporary primary school labor education curriculum,trying to explore a feasible evaluation system of primary school labor education curriculum.The curriculum evaluation system of primary school labor education is an organic whole composed of the purpose,subject,content,method,safeguard measures and meta-evaluation of curriculum evaluation.The evaluation aims to promote the development of students,teachers and curriculum.The evaluation subject takes teachers as the core,and students,experts,parents and community members participate together.The evaluation content mainly includes curriculum orientation and management,curriculum conditions,curriculum design,teachers’ teaching,students’ learning,students’ academic development and curriculum satisfaction,teachers’ professional promotion and curriculum satisfaction,and social evaluation of curriculum implementation.The evaluation methods should be combined with quantification and quality,formation and result,multi-agent evaluation and meta-evaluation,and horizontal evaluation and vertical evaluation.The guarantee of evaluation implementation is accomplished by establishing and perfecting system guarantee,technical guarantee and manpower guarantee.The meta-evaluation emphasizes the promotion of the continuous improvement of the evaluation of primary school labor education curriculum by judging the various aspects of the evaluation activities.The study also makes a practical application and examination on the constructed evaluation system of primary school labor education curriculum.By using the survey method,through the evaluation of labor education curriculum in primary school A,to find the problems existing in the construction of labor education curriculum in primary school,especially the shortcomings of the primary school labor education curriculum evaluation system,and thereby,further improvement suggestions are put forward.
