Strategy Research On The Construction Of Girls Basketball Team In Guangzhou Senior High School In The New Era

In October 2020,The General Office of the State Council issued the document "Opinions on Comprehensively Improving school PHYSICAL Education in the New Era",which clearly stated: strengthen physical education teaching and training in school;Improve sports competition and personnel training system;Build representative teams of large,primary and secondary schools and participate in regional and even national leagues.Gradually improve the "health knowledge + basic sports skills +special sports skills" school physical education mode.The reform of physical education closely revolves around the basic path of "church,practice and regular competition".Therefore,to study the after-school training and competition of women’s basketball in Guangzhou senior high school under the background of the new era can provide reference for promoting the healthy growth of girls’ basketball in senior high school and the reform of school physical education.Through questionnaire survey,expert interview,field investigation,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other methods,this paper investigated and studied the participating teams of Guangzhou high school girls’ basketball championship.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:1.According to the analysis of the schools participating in the recent five guangzhou high school girls’ basketball championships,the stability of the participating schools is not enough.Only two schools have participated in the recent five tournaments continuously,and the number of participating teams is small each year.Except for Guangdong Panyu Middle School and Guangdong Guangya Middle School,the other schools only participate in the number of basketball matches,the grade is not high,each school only once a year to participate in the city championship and district level competition.2.Based on the investigation of 12 senior high school girls’ basketball teams in Guangzhou,it is concluded that most of the athletes have no sports level,and few of them enter the senior high school through special talents.Most of the coaches have a relatively long teaching experience,but they do not have many opportunities to participate in on-the-job training every year,and more than half of them have never participated in on-the-job training.Except panyu Middle School,other schools are not ideal in terms of emphasis,training arrangement,investment in funds,facilities and medical supervision.3.Through the investigation on the influencing factors of the construction of guangzhou senior high school girls’ basketball team,it is concluded that the factors of training and competition,school logistics support,athletes,coaches and degree of support are the main factors that affect the construction of Guangzhou senior high school girls’ basketball team.4.In view of the main problems existing in the construction of guangzhou senior high school girls’ representative basketball team,it is suggested to strengthen and improve the following five aspects: improve the competition system and increase the competition opportunities;Expand funding channels and improve logistics support system;Expand the source of students,improve the system of talent delivery;Strengthen the construction of the coach team and improve the professional level;Strengthen leadership attention,increase the implementation of policies.
