High-level Male Of Ordinary Colleges And Universities In Hunan And Chongqing Basketball Team Building Research

This paper takes Chongqing and Hunan region representative four regular high-level men’s basketball team in colleges and universities as the research object,using literature,comparative analysis,expert interview and logic analysis and other research methods,from the development of four teams,athletes,coaches,training and competition,basketball team management and security analysis of the status of the investigation.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Among the college basketball teams in Hunan and Chongqing,Hunan Normal University basketball Team has a long history of development.It has been entered into the final eight of the National competition for three times and achieved stable performance.Under the leadership of famous coach,Central South University has become a strong team and won the national runner-up 3times.The two teams in Chongqing have not yet achieved the results of the national eight.2.The vice president is in charge of the basketball team.Central South University and Chongqing University of Arts and Science have separate SPORTS teaching and Research Department and competitive training office to manage the basketball team,while Chongqing Normal University and Hunan Normal University are managed by the School of Physical Education.It is generally set to win glory for the university and improve its reputation.However,Central South University is committed to winning glory for the country and selecting talents for the country.3.Among the ordinary colleges and universities in the two places,Hunan province recruits local excellent players,and absorbs players from traditional basketball schools all over the country.The students in Chongqing are mainly concentrated in Sichuan and local areas.Generally set up the admissions preferential policies adapted to the situation of the school;In terms of physical talents such as height and arm span,Hunan universities are more advantageous.4.In the basketball teams of colleges and universities in the two regions,the head coaches have solid theoretical knowledge and practical ability of special training;The school attaches importance to the training of coaches;Hunan two university head coach sports team experience rich;The long years of teaching of Chongqing’s head coaches have formed a unique coaching style;Both have sent players to professional leagues,but in small numbers;Central South University adopts flexible and separate classes to manage athletes’ study and examination.Athletes’ learning is generally affected by training and competition,and the contradiction between learning and training is still an important factor affecting players’ overall development.5.Men’s basketball teams in colleges and universities in Hunan and Chongqing generally adopt periodical training throughout the year.Suspension of training before important events,increased load;The training content is generally arranged according to the team’s own shortcomings,and the training content pays attention to different levels.Compared with the two universities in Hunan,the two teams in Chongqing lack of national high-level competition experience.6.College basketball teams in the two places have stable funding sources and a gap.The security of the basketball team attaches great importance to a high degree;Humanized accommodation,indoor training basketball court,gym,sports injury rehabilitation personnel and equipment are provided for athletes.7.The construction and development of high-level men’s basketball team in colleges and universities in Hunan and Chongqing area are affected by important factors such as school-running conditions,team funds,enrollment,stadium construction,etc.There are problems in the contradiction between learning and training,the quantity and quality of talent delivery,the allocation of physical trainers certified by authoritative institutions,and the guarantee of physical training venues.The main development strategies proposed in this paper are as follows: Improve the school scale,improve the preferential policies for students,strengthen the management of basketball teams,solve the contradiction between learning and training,promote the regular exchanges with the strong teams,pay attention to the quality of player training,strengthen the construction of coaches,improve the physical venues and facilities.
