article in the first half of 2021 at the end of the semester,through literature,questionnaire,interview,on-the-spot investigation and logic analysis and other research methods to Guiyang county rural junior high school ten 24 teachers and 658 students in the investigation.From Guiyang No.5middle school,Guiyang No.2 middle school,Guiyang No.7 middle school,Leiping in middle school,Qinglan central school,Sili middle school,Baishui in the central school,Fangyuan middle school,Heye middle school,Tanshi middle school and other ten rural junior high school teachers,students and administrators of the mid-term exam sports under the background of Guiyang county rural junior middle school sports teaching present situation analysis,find out the existing problems,and put forward to the action development countermeasure aims to provide theoretical basis for the development of sports teaching in rural junior middle schools in Guiyang county.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Since the high school entrance examination of Chenzhou in 2018,sports was included in the scoring subject of high school admission for the first time,Chenzhou city related leaders constantly improve the sports examination content and system.The total score was raised from 20 points to 50 points in 2019.It can be seen that the leaders of Chenzhou attach more importance to the sports of the high school entrance examination,actively respond to the national policies and conscientiously implement the contents of the documents of Chenzhou.2.The attitude of the school leaders in Chenzhou:More than half of the leaders attach great importance to the physical education examination,one-sided pursuit of physical education score,culture score ratio is higher than the physical education score,there is a situation of occupying physical education class.The vast majority of chenzhou city school physical education teachers expressed support for physical examination system and affirmation,but there are a few sports teachers for the implementation of physical examination of opposition;Students pay more attention to the physical examination,their attitude to PHYSICAL education is more serious than before,the enthusiasm of sports learning is higher,the number of extracurricular exercise and exercise time increased significantly.3.Most PE teachers are concentrated between 23 and 30 years old,most of them are fresh graduates;The educational level of teachers is basically undergraduate,followed by junior college.The educational level of PE teachers is relatively high.Most of the teachers’ professional titles are primary,which is the main force of rural PE teaching.However,the overall teaching level is not high because of the small number of PE teachers with high professional titles and the lack of experience of young PE teachers.Lack of full-time physical education teachers,physical education teachers interdisciplinary class also take other positions in the school,affecting the quality of PHYSICAL education.At present,the teacher training basically does not use professional practice training,its value is not high,and become a mere formality,most physical education teachers are to obtain credits to complete school tasks.4.After the inclusion of physical education into the high school entrance examination,the status of physical education curriculum has been significantly improved,physical education teachers pay more attention to classroom management,teaching attitude has also changed greatly.In some schools,teachers’ individual merit pay and job titles depend on physical education teachers’ performance in the middle school entrance examination,which adds to the pressure on physical education teachers.The establishment of physical education teaching objectives and content tends to the physical examination results,physical education teaching methods pay more attention to repeat teaching methods,change teaching methods,teaching evaluation of physical examination results as the guidance.There are obvious differences in students’ attitudes towards PE before and during the examination preparation.Most students attach great importance to learning in PE class during the examination preparation period.However,girls are less willing to exercise than boys due to physiological reasons,and these students have insufficient cognition of sports and weak awareness of sports.After the implementation of the physical education examination,most schools have built and updated school sports venues and sports equipment,but the construction and update speed is slow,some students did not use the new equipment and venues.5.The gap between rural junior middle schools in Guiyang county and cities in physical education teachers and field equipment resources also affects the fairness of the physical education examination.Sports equipment facilities are not equipped enough,although to meet the training needs of high school entrance examination,but not to meet the needs of teaching,and the quality of sports equipment is not good,lack of management personnel.Physical education teaching space is limited,site conditions affect the injury of students.In guiyang county,the organization of the sports examination adopts electronic equipment monitoring,which ensures the relative fairness of the test to a certain extent,but there are also the phenomenon of human intervention and fraud,such as disorganized organization,lax invigilation,students’ proxy examination and parents’ profit by taking advantage of the loophole of the exam-free policy.Based on the analysis of the survey results,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Physical education examination each school should in addition to the ideological attention,but also should fall into the implementation of operation,such as setting in charge of the vice president of special management of physical education examination,the implementation of reward mechanism,improve the teacher in charge and physical education teachers of the training of physical education examination.In the physical education examination project,increase a number of optional projects,must choose the project examination suggested to take a sampling test,rural and urban grading standards should be differentiated.2.Although the school leaders attach importance to the physical examination,they only care about the impact of students’ physical examination results on the school entrance rate.Therefore,school leaders should abandon the idea of "exam-oriented" examination and establish the teaching idea of "taking students’ health as the foundation".Physical education teachers should improve their theoretical knowledge level and professional practice ability,pay attention to classroom effect,avoid the situation of PHYSICAL education being occupied.School leaders should affirm the value and status of PE teachers,treat PE teachers equally,such as professional title evaluation,performance assessment,and culture teachers should be treated equally.3.The education bureau should increase the number of teachers and stabilize the ranks of teachers.We will increase subsidies and allowances for rural teachers and attract outstanding graduates to join the ranks of rural education.The education Bureau and Xiangnan College of Chenzhou National University butt up interns to form an internship base and let more trainee teachers join in to improve the situation of insufficient teachers in rural areas.Let physical education teachers have more practical training opportunities to develop their own professional,do not become a mere formality,cultivate professional subject leaders,so that physical education teachers are not limited to their own special subject,into a "one person multi-skill" talent,one person can teach multiple sports projects,improve the quality of physical education teachers.4.The establishment of physical education teaching objectives and contents should be guided by strengthening students’ physique,promoting students’ physical and mental health and mastering lifelong sports skills,adopting various teaching methods and means as well as multiple evaluation methods to promote students’ healthy growth.It is suggested that the school simplify the process of applying for school site maintenance fund from the superior,or collect the charity fund from the social caring personage,and allocate the school funds reasonably,incline the fund to the sports equipment facilities,the field,and improve the shortage of equipment in rural schools;Give full play to the various functions of sports equipment.According to the actual teaching situation,teachers can lead students to make simple equipment to improve the utilization rate of venues and equipment.Encourage students to participate in off-campus sports activities,create a harmonious campus sports culture atmosphere,hold sports festivals,sports knowledge lectures,etc.Physical education teachers should encourage students to do outdoor activities,publicize correct values of exercise,and make students realize that physical exercise is not just for grades,but for healthy body and sound personality.In addition,girls should be encouraged to participate in the movement of interest,the dissemination of the idea of correct exercise during the physiological period,moderate exercise does not mean that you cannot exercise.5.The physical education examination results should be composed of the field test results,ordinary scores and theoretical scores.The physical health test results of each year should be included in ordinary scores,and the basic theoretical knowledge test of physical education should be added.The education bureau should strengthen the supervision of physical
