| In the new era,the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to ideological and political work and the development of Ideological and political teachers.Rural middle school ideological and political teachers are an important part of the national ideological and political teacher group.Relying on the Rural Revitalization Strategy,promoting the professional development of rural middle school ideological and political teachers can not only improve the educational and teaching ability of rural middle school ideological and political teachers,but also directly affect the effectiveness of rural education construction,the ideological and political quality of rural middle school students and their healthy growth.At present,certain achievements have been made in the professional development and development of teachers of ideological and political classes in rural middle schools,which are mainly manifested in: First,the ideological and political quality has been significantly improved;second,the level of professional ethics has been improved;third,the theoretical level has been significantly improved;and fourth,the quality of modern information technology has been gradually improved.However,there are still many problems,mainly reflected in: first,professional thinking is not stable enough;second,the level of professional ethics needs to be strengthened;third,there are some deviations in professional cognition;fourth,teaching and management capabilities need to be improved.According to the analysis of the problems,it is found that the main reasons restricting the professional development of teachers of ideological and political courses in rural middle schools in the new era are: the lack of high-quality educational resources in rural middle schools;the relatively backward management concept of education administrative departments;the imperfect training mechanism;the low sense of professional happiness;the challenges brought about by the new curriculum reform and the low awareness of self-development of ideological and political class teachers.In view of these problems,we put forward the path of promoting the professional development of teachers of ideological and political classes in rural middle schools in the new era,mainly including: creating a good environment for the professional development of teachers of ideological and political classes in rural middle schools;increasing the intensity of professional development and training of teachers of ideological and political courses in rural middle schools;improving the ideological and moral quality of teachers of ideological and political classes in rural middle schools;and stimulating the initiative of teachers of ideological and political courses in rural middle schools in professional development. |
