| Research purpose: In recent years,the state has begun to pay more attention to the physical health of students,so the system planning and overall level requirements for college physical education teaching are also getting higher and higher.Physical education in college is not only to enable students to master sports skills,but also to enable students to develop a good habit of lifelong sports.And how to improve the level of college physical education,so that students can better master the relevant skills of basketball,the introduction of "task-driven teaching method" is very important.In order to better improve the basketball teaching efficiency of college physical education courses and students’ classroom learning efficiency,this thesis will integrate task-driven teaching into the basketball teaching research of college physical education courses,in order to improve students’ interest in learning basketball and cultivate sports habits.’s reference.Research methods: This thesis will firstly sort out the current situation of the teaching of public sports basketball courses in colleges and universities as a whole.Through literature research materials,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics,experimental methods and other scientific research methods,the undergraduate students of China University of Mining and Technology are selected.Two classes of2020 students studying college sports basketball are the experimental objects.One of the classes with 50 boys is used as the experimental group,and the task-driven teaching method is integrated into the teaching;the class with 50 boys is selected as the control group.The traditional physical education teaching method will be used to teach basketball courses,and the effectiveness of using task-driven teaching methods in public sports basketball courses in colleges and universities will be discussed.After passing the T-test on the samples,the physical condition,basketball skill level,sports interest and other aspects of the students in the experimental group and the control group will be compared to provide development,change and corresponding measures and strategies,which will help Chinese higher education institutions.The educational reform of basketball public courses in colleges and universities provides a useful reference.Research results:(1)The test results show that after the test,the physical fitness test levels of the experimental group and the control group have been improved to a certain extent.Among them,the physical fitness index levels of the experimental group and the control group after the test were similar,and there was no significant difference(p>0.05).(2)Before and after the experiment,the students in the experimental group and the control group were tested for basketball skills and their skills were assessed.The data analysis results before the experiment showed that the students in the two classes had a general basic basketball foundation,and the basketball skills of the two classes after basketball teaching were significantly different(p <0.05)(3)There was a significant difference in learning interest between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05).The task-driven teaching method can more effectively cultivate students’ strong interest in training basketball and their confidence in mastering basketball;change the motivation of students to practice basketball;increase the time for college students to exercise basketball outside of class;enhance students’ sense of collaboration in the process;Improve students’ basketball learning attitude.Research conclusion:After the experiment of the experimental group and the control group,it can be seen that the results of physical fitness training of the two groups of students in the process of physical fitness teaching and training are almost the same,but the feelings and experiences of the two groups of students in the teaching process are different;In the teaching of basketball special ability,both the traditional teaching method and the task-driven teaching method have improved the students’ basketball special ability level to a certain extent,but the improvement of the basketball special ability level of the experimental group using the task-driven teaching method has significantly exceeded the overall improvement.control group;interest in exercise. |
