Study On Dynamic Mechanism Of “yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season” Project In Gansu Province

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the party and the government have paid high attention to the development of school sports and youth sports,and introduced a series of policies and regulations to stimulate its development.Among them,allowing social forces to enter the school is an effective way to strengthen the development of school sports.At the same time,colleges,primary and secondary schools are encouraged to form school teams and actively participate in regional and even national leagues.Since its inception,Yao foundation has been committed to supporting students and promoting education,with the goal of promoting the healthy development of teenagers.In 2012,Yao Foundation launched the “Yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season” project,which transferred the work center to physical education.This project is also the first public welfare project specially carried out for youth development in China.In July 2020,the project officially cooperated with Northwest Minzu University,thus opening the prelude to its development in Gansu Province.Using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes the dynamic mechanism of the development of “Yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season” project in Gansu Province as the research object,and takes the teachers of cooperative colleges and universities,volunteers for supporting education,teachers of project schools and students of project schools participating in the project in Gansu Province as the research object,From the perspective of sociology,this paper studies the dynamic mechanism of the development of the project in Gansu Province,analyzes the dynamic factors affecting the development of the “Yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season” project in Gansu Province,and then constructs the dynamic mechanism of the project in Gansu Province.After finding out the problems existing in the development of the project in Gansu Province,the paper tries to put forward optimization countermeasures to promote a better development of the project in Gansu Province.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Since the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between Yao foundation and Northwest Minzu University in July 2020,it marks the official launch of the “Yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season” project in Gansu Province.The development of the project in Gansu Province is in the initial and exploratory stage.2.The factors affecting the development of “Yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season” in Gansu Province are diverse.After investigation and analysis,the factors affecting the development of the project in Gansu Province include 10 main factors: the improvement of sports environment,students’ own sports development,constraints on students’ participation in the project,self-improvement of teaching volunteers,constraints on volunteer teaching,acquisition of teaching volunteers,school sports development,improving students’ sports ability,restricting school application projects and cultivating students’ all-round development.3.The dynamic mechanism structure of the project in Gansu Province includes two interrelated and interactive parts: the peripheral structure and the core organization.The peripheral structure is the power generated during the operation of the project,which is transmitted between the power subjects at the macro,meso and micro levels through the transmission medium.The power receptor is mainly reflected in the “hard”material resources and “soft” teaching support activities.The core structure is the internal structure of the dynamic mechanism including power source,power direction,power storage body and social action.4.The operation process and means of “Yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season” project in Gansu Province are composed of three interrelated links.They are: power source development,power transformation,power monitoring and feedback.In the operation process and means of the project,aiming at improving the sports environment of rural schools and guided by the all-round development of students,the power monitoring and feedback link will run through the whole process,to develop the power source and transform the power.Combined with the conclusions of the study,in order to develop the “Yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season” project in Gansu Province,the paper tries to put forward the following suggestions:1.With the deepening development of the project in Gansu Province,under the guidance of the existing operation mode,it is necessary to explore the road most suitable for the development in Gansu Province.Strengthen the combination of incentive means,interest means and cultural means,adjust the interest distribution of Yao fund,and clarify the understanding of parents,students and school teachers on sports culture and values,to improve the project participation.2.The development of “Yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season”project in Gansu Province should be led by the local government,with the comprehensive cooperation and coordination of sports departments,education departments and schools,implement relevant national policies,and strengthen publicity and depth;Government departments,education departments,sports departments and schools should fully explore all available social resources and comprehensively assist the development of the project in Gansu Province from the aspects of economy,culture,medical security and so on.Focus on solving the driving factors restricting the development of the project in Gansu Province,to promote the better development of the project in Gansu Province.3.During the development of the project in Gansu Province,schools and students should be gradually given more choices of sports projects to support,which can not only avoid the simplification of sports skill training of rural primary school students,but also improve the level of rural physical education and sports atmosphere,to achieve the goal of the project development.4.Make use of the advantages of the project to improve the teaching ability of physical education teachers in rural schools.“Yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season” project has a set of advanced basketball teaching methods,teaching design and teaching evaluation.Physical education teachers in rural schools can take advantage of the opportunity to have in-depth exchanges with teaching volunteers,to improve their teaching ability and improve the quality of the development of the project in Gansu Province.5.Pay attention to the feedback and monitoring of the project implementation process.In addition to filing the curriculum teaching plan,supporting education log,text,pictures,and videos of training competitions in the supporting education link,the local government should also understand the relevant information of each link in the project implementation,improve the supervision mechanism and implement the physical education policy.
