| Training methods in recent years,the skill cheerleading project has developed rapidly,and the innovation and difficulty coefficient of difficult movements have been continuously upgraded,which has brought great changes to the skill cheerleading project,among which the lift difficult movements have changed the most.At present,the trend of using handspring single arm lift in international competitions shows a straight-line upward trend,while few teams in domestic skill cheerleading projects use this action technology,which has a certain gap with international strong teams.Therefore,using the research methods of literature,video analysis,Delphi and mathematical statistics,this study makes an in-depth study and Analysis on the structural and sports characteristics of "forward handspring 180 ° into single arm lift",and formulates a set of scientific and systematic training methods to provide help for the improvement of the technical level of lift of skill cheerleading teams in China.The results are as follows:1.The front hand overturned body lift has become one of the lifting difficulties that must be selected by the world’s strong teams.However,the mastery and application of the lift action of the domestic strong teams still remain in the straight throw lift action,and only a few teams master and use the handspring lift action.At present,only the All-Star skill cheerleading team of East China Normal University has used it in the competition.2.The action structure of "180 ° forward handspring into single arm lift" is divided into four stages: preparation stage,starting stage,air turning stage and modeling stage;The single action links of top athletes can be divided into four stages:preparation stage,pushing on the ground with legs and shoulders,pushing hands,turning in the air and standing stage;The single action links of the base athletes are divided into four stages: preparation stage,waist extension stage,push and turn stage and lift stage.3.The technical training of "180 ° forward handspring into single arm lift" is mainly divided into two parts: athlete single action training and athlete cooperation training;In the cooperative training,the air turning stage is the key and difficult technical training link.4.Through Delphi method,the indexes of the training method of "forward handspring 180 ° into single arm lift" are constructed as follows: two first-class indexes;6 secondary indicators;17 level III indicators;There are 61 level IV indicators.5.In the physical ability training and special training of "180 ° forward handspring into single arm lift",the training focus of top athletes should be on the strength training of core parts and the training of building multi-dimensional space;The training focus of base athletes should be explosive strength training and precise control training of power time nodes. |
