Cheerleading is a typical item of dance cheerleading.With the development of cheerleading events,the requirements for cheerleading are becoming higher and higher.Basic hand position is the basic core element of cheerleading.The premise of improving cheerleading is to strengthen the basic hand position technique.This article uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the relationship between hand position and cheerleading and the requirements of hand position.In-depth analysis of training principles and action mechanisms,construction of the application method and training process of the "cheerleading training bottle",and the use of experimental methods for its effects from delayed muscle soreness,grip strength,positioning accuracy,and set of hand position performance And the subjective feelings of the students were tested to enrich the content and methods of cheerleading teaching and provide methods for improving the training level.The results show:1.Hand posture is the core element of cheerleading.It's not only the basis of the complete arrangement,highlights the project characteristics of cheerleading,but also perfectly reflects the unique culture of cheerleading.Its action requirements mainly include short-term acceleration force,positioning brake control and lock shoulder control posture.2.The "cheerleading training bottle" is based on the principle of weight resistance and functional training.Its weight should be controlled,which is conducive to regulating the ball holding,strengthening the positioning control of the hand position,and determining the speed of hand position change.Practicality and safety.The training process of "cheerleading training bottle" can be divided into arm positioning,moving in place and limb coordination.3.After the bottle-holding exercises,the overall proportion of delayed soreness in the trapezius,deltoid,biceps,triceps,radial brachii,brachialis and elbow muscles of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group holding "cheerleading training bottle" training is more effective for stimulating and mobilizing muscles than unarmed training,and can make up for lack of unarmed training.4.The experimental results show that there's no significant difference in the grip strength index between the experimental group and the control group(p> 0.05),but the average grip strength after the experiment is higher than that of the control group,indicating that the "cheerleading training bottle" on the arm strength the growth of a certain amount of effect,but due to limited practice time,it is difficult to increase significantly in a short period of time.5.In terms of accuracy of arm positioning,the experimental group was significantly stronger at 30 °and 45 °at the sagittal plane than the control group(p <0.05),and the positioning error of the left arm at 30 °at the sagittal plane was significantly higher in the experimental group.There is a very significant difference from the control group(p <0.01),which may be due to the high usage of the right arm and less exercise of the left arm in daily life,so the symmetrical load of the "cheerleading training bottle" on the left hand positioning accuracy the lifting effect is relatively obvious.Experiments show that the use of "cheerleading training bottle" can effectively reduce the angular error of prescribed arm movements and improve the accuracy and stability of hand movements.6.The set of hand position performance scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p <0.05),especially in the two dimensions of accurate hand position and in-shoulder control(p <0.01),indicating the use of "cheerleading training bottle" can effectively enhance the performance of the complete set of hand positions.7.91.67% of the students supported the "cheerleading training bottle" and showed great interest.91.67% of students believe that the use of "cheerleading training bottle" has a significant effect on improving their hand position technology,of which 100% of students think that this method has a positive impact on their hand position;75% think it has a positive impact on opponent power and positioning.It shows that the "cheerleading training bottle" has a good effect in the technical training of cheerleading exercises. |
