The Research Of The Method About Handspring Class Difficulty In Cheerleading

The cheer leading sport is sports competition about competing and beauty-appreciating, which have been popular and developed all over the world and formed a system. This newly developing sport event with special charm has been developed in China since 1990s. With frequent international communications between all kinds of fields day by day, the technique of cheerleading sport in our country has developed a lot in a short time. As the same time, professional experts started to pay more attention to it. Nowadays there are more and more cheer leading competitions, and the standard of college cheerleading, even middle school cheerleading,. has developed a lot.The cheerleading competition mainly about two aspects:the cheerleader dance and the cheerleading technique. And the technique cheering squad has a history of 100 years in USA, which means that the standard of their technique has been a high level. Although technique cheering squad which has developed fast, is popular in public and possess a believable competition system in such a short time since the technique cheering squad entered China, some theoretical research about the technique cheering squad still can not catch up with the practicing work. Therefore, the systematic and overall research about the technique cheering squad training will have a profound and lasting reality significance and theoretical value.To act our technique cheering squad on international convention efficiently and quickly, the research about the technique cheering squad's current stage and development by the analysis of the competition video, which will combine the state of our own fact and the advanced experience and technique of USA and do a contrast analysis between China and USA, will do a further study to a normative training system and contribute to speeding up the development of the technique cheering squad.Scientifically and long-lastingly.This resaerch has done a further and meticulous study about the technique cheering squad using the documentary data method, questionnairie method, logic analysis method, expert interview method, internet information retrieval method and so on. And the research results is following:(1) Chinese delacation of the cheering squad has taken part in the world cheering squad championships form 2006 to 2008 since China started to develop the cheering squad quickly and act on international convention. But there is still a gap between our standard and other high level team, such as USA's.(2) The action of cheerleading includes four aspects:Partner Stunts,Tumbling,Basket Toss,Pyramid, which is not only the key to win, but also the key to show the technique standard of the athletes and the sports ability.(3) The main participants of the cheering squad in China are students who has not been formally trained. The physical ability and the sound tumbling basis training can ensure the cheering squad universalness.(4) The tumbling is the basic movment. It is a key to own a sturdy basic skill to ensure the following training.(5) The training of handspring class is mainly divided into three aspects:the physical ability training, the learning of the handspring class technique, the usage of the equipment training, which need the scientic arangement and direction and exact theroy definatily.
