To improve the efficiency of the elementary school mathematics group cooperative learning,help students acquire basic knowledge,basic skills,cultivating active cooperation and explore the concept of consciousness,the new curriculum reform requirements reflect student’s main body status in the study,therefore,group cooperation study the teaching method is more and more widely applied to the actual classroom teaching.Students’ dominant position in learning has been improved,while teachers have played an organizing,guiding and participating role in the process of group cooperative learning,and their support has become more and more valuable in this process.In order to deeply reveal the status quo of teacher support in primary school mathematics group cooperative learning,analyze the existing problems,and put forward corresponding solutions,in order to profoundly and systematically reveal the subjective and objective reasons affecting teacher support in the process of group cooperative learning,and provide support for improving the efficiency of classroom primary school cooperative learning.This study selected Nanjing M education group five primary school 200 mathematics teachers as investigation object,adopted questionnaire survey method,interview method,the method of classroom observation and literature research method,for a further investigation of the semester,through the questionnaire and individual interview of teachers of mathematics,and focused on the actual classroom teaching of mathematics teachers and classroom observation,This paper tries to analyze the present situation of teacher support in group cooperative learning of mathematics in primary schools.Based on investigating the status quo,found that the current situation of teachers’ support cooperative learning group main problems are: the wrong understanding of cooperative learning,teachers’ inadequate preparation before class,the selection of cooperation content inappropriate,carries on the grouping and division of labor is not clear when the group,after the evaluation methods are too single,lack of cooperative learning teaching reflection and remedy,etc.In order to improve the problems of teacher support in group cooperative learning,we should strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge of cooperative learning,attaches great importance to the cooperation study before the preview homework,choose the appropriate content for the design of cooperative learning,group group to do heterogeneous group,group division of labor to clear,cooperative learning content should be present in time,pay attention to the fair and just evaluation and take multiple evaluation methods,Do teaching reflection and remedial work after class.
