Research On Evaluation And Promotion Of Financial Competitiveness Of LY Corporation

On July 24,2021,The General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC and the General Office of the State Council issued opinions on further reducing the burden of school work and extracurricular training of pupils at the stage of compulsory education.The introduction of this "double reduction" policy means that a large number of education and training enterprises may face difficulties.If educational enterprises want to survive in difficulties,they need to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of educational enterprises.The key is to improve the financial competitiveness of educational enterprises.As an educational training institution listed on the A-share market and a well-known discipline counseling institution in East China,LY Corporation’s performance in the face of the epidemic situation and the pressure of the "double reduction" policy has a certain impact on the development of the whole industry.Therefore,it is realistic and necessary to evaluate and study the financial competitiveness of LY Corporation.This paper takes the evaluation index of financial competitiveness as the starting point,establishes the evaluation system,and uses factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the financial competitiveness of LY Corporation.First of all,by integrating and summarizing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,it is found that the research on financial competitiveness in China started late and did not form a unified research framework.Secondly,it analyzes the development status and financial situation of LY Corporation,adjusts the indicators based on the previous evaluation of financial competitiveness,constructs a quantitative and qualitative evaluation system suitable for the financial competitiveness of LY Corporation,selects four education enterprises listed on the A-share market with LY Corporation,and calculates the comprehensive score and ranking of Education enterprises respectively.Thirdly,the financial competitiveness of LY Corporation is evaluated based on the above analysis results.According to the evaluation results,it is found that the deficiencies of LY Corporation’s financial competitiveness are that the profitability needs to be improved,the capital liquidity is low,the effect of financial execution is poor,the allocation of financial resources is unreasonable and the financial information processing ability needs to be improved.Finally,according to the reasons for the lack of financial competitiveness,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve profitability and growth ability,improve capital utilization efficiency,improve enterprise financial execution ability,improve resource allocation efficiency and improve financial information processing ability.It is expected that specific improvement measures will help to improve the financial competitiveness of LY Corporation.
