Research On The Anxiety Of Older Village Cadres In The Performance Of Their Duties After The Intervention Of Social Work

Grassroots village cadres are the backbone of grassroots government departments.At present,more and more grassroots village cadres are physically and mentally exhausted because of their complicated work and increasing work pressure.With the acceleration of economic transformation and rural urbanization,village cadres,as an important organizer of villagers’ autonomy practice,as the main implementer and promoter of rural revitalization,are the link between the implementation of national and rural policies,and are on the front line of rural work,and their position is very critical.As the main component of village cadres,this group sometimes seems to be overstreliant in the face of the new and higher requirements put forward by rural revitalization,and sometimes the anxiety of elderly village cadres is becoming increasingly prominent.This article is the research on the cases of elderly village cadres.Based on the psychosocial treatment model,literature research,interviews and observation methods are used as data collection methods to carry out psychodynamic diagnosis,cause diagnosis and classification diagnosis of the performance anxiety problems of senior village cadres at the grassroots level,and then carefully analyzes the needs of individual cases,and formulates the general Objectives,sub-goals and corresponding service plans.The specific service plan is formulated around the achievement of the goal.Psychosocial therapy model skills are used to intervene in social work for elderly village cadres in performing their duties through the preparation stage,direct treatment stage,indirect treatment stage,consolidation and closure stage.Finally,after the completion of the case,the intervention effect is evaluated through the front and back measurement comparison of the scale,the achievement rate of sub-targets,the satisfaction evaluation of service objects and third parties to understand the intervention effect of the psychosocial treatment model on the performance anxiety of elderly village cadres.The results show that the formation of the performance anxiety problem of elderly village cadres is relatively complicated.When intervening in the performance anxiety problem,they should not only pay attention to the physiological and psychological causes of their anxiety,carry out emotional counseling,improve the psychology of inferiority,etc.,but also improve social adaptability and give full play to the positive role of their social support system to achieve services.The object can restore the effect of normal social functions in the family and unit,and finally help elderly village cadres better play their subjective initiative in their work,and contribute to the construction of a social service-oriented government.
