Investigation And Study On The Current Status Of Work Of Primary School Head Teachers Based On Efficiency

A teacher in charge of a class is an organizer,leader and educator of a class.He is a major teacher who is concerned about the growth of students.It is the main spiritual concern of students.It is an important other person who influences the growth of students.Especially the primary school teacher,pupils age,mental immaturity,deeds are very easy to be influenced by.The teacher in charge of the class is the longest time to get along with the students,and it is the lead person for the students to grow up.The new round of curriculum reform is closely related to the work of a teacher in charge of a class,and poses a new challenge to the work of a teacher in charge of a class.The role of a teacher in charge of a class is more important than before.At present,some scholars have begun to investigate and study the work status of the class teacher,but the systematic research and discussion about the work status of the primary class teacher based on efficiency is almost blank.This paper tries to study the current situation of primary class teachers in primary school,and tries to explore the factors that affect the work efficiency of primary school class teachers and put forward some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of primary school class directors.The class teacher's individual professional development,the realization of the teaching goal,the formation of a good class,the ability to develop students'self-education,and ultimately improve the quality of the education and teaching of the whole school and the society.The article is divided into four parts.The general idea of this subject is to analyze the current situation of primary school teacher in charge of a class under the background of modern school system and new public management theory,using the theories of pedagogy,management,organizational behavior and other related disciplines.The basic research ideas are as follows.The first part of the thesis is to clarify the purpose,significance,research ideas and methods of the research on "efficiency based work status of primary school class teachers",and to explore the theoretical basis and basic connotation of the subject.Consulting related literature,sorting out and analyzing,and summarizing the last part,we need to lay a solid foundation for the research of primary school headteacher's work status.The second part constructs the design framework of the "efficiency based primary school class teacher's work status",analyses the input of the primary school class teacher,the result of the work of the primary school class teacher and the related latitudes of the influencing factors,and determines the category of latitude.The third part chooses the teachers and students in some primary schools in Shanghai as the research object to carry out a questionnaire survey on the work efficiency of the class teachers,and use the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze the situation of the work status of the class teachers in primary schools,and to describe and analyze the current situation of the work efficiency of the class teachers.The fourth part analyses the present situation of the difference in the work efficiency of the primary school class teachers,understands the reasons,and draws the influencing factors of the work efficiency of the primary school class teachers,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the work efficiency of the primary school class teachers,so as to improve the quality of education and teaching for the school.This paper takes the J primary school as an example,based on the primary school class work efficiency status and problems of analysis,aims at the local phenomenon to reveal the nature of the problem and the reason of the universal existence,so as to improve the class management in the daily management,to help the school management to guide and correct construction of teacher team.
