Objective: This study has created a set of tennis preparation activities for the problems of boring preparation activities and single forms in the teaching of college tennis elective courses, aiming at enriching the content of preparation activities and providing a new type of preparation activity for college elective tennis courses.Make preparations more interesting and more reasonable. Methods: This study used questionnaires, questionnaires, expert interviews, and experimental methods to conduct a questionnaire survey on the tennis preparedness exercises and physiological and biochemical assessment of exercise load.Taking students from the th class of the Wushu Department of Guangzhou Sport University as the experimental subjects, polar is always worn during exercise to monitor the real-time heart rate.Exercise load includes exercise intensity and exercise capacity. In this experiment, heart rate(HR),subjective fatigue(RPE),blood lactate(BLa),creatine kinase(CK),and urinary protein(PRO)were selected as indexes for evaluating exercise intensity, and blood urea was selected.(BU)and urobilinogen(URO)were used as indicators for assessing exercise capacity.Results:1.The student survey showed that 87.6% of students liked this tennis preparation exercise,91.4% of students liked tennis for active music,84% of students liked tennis for activities, and 82.2% of students liked tennis preparation. The activity is to prepare the activity content.More than80 % of students think that tennis preparation exercises are moderate and exercise.2.Questionnaire survey by teachers: More than 80% of teachers believe that tennis preparedness activities are suitable for music and movement, the movement design is reasonable, the order of movement is reasonable, the content is novel, and the movements are easy to learn.More than 90% of teachers think that their exercise intensity(120-140beats/min.)Moderate,exercise capacity is suitable for preparation activities, and it is considered that tennis preparation exercises have achieved the effect of preparation activities.3.The average heart rate of female and male students after the tennis preparation exercise was 138.39±.3.43 beats/min and 135.88±1.25 beats/min respectively. The heart rate was mainly distributed between 120-140.After exercise, the RPE values were mainly between 13-14.After exercise, blood lactate, creatine kinase, and bloodurea all increased, and there were significant differences before and after exercise(P<0.01).Urine protein and urobilinogen were negative before and after exercise.Conclusion:1.The tennis preparation activity organized by this institute complies with the principles for the creation of aerobics and preparatory activities. The music is dynamic, the rhythm is clear, the movements are easy to learn, interesting and innovative, and it is praised by students and teachers. It has feasibility and timeliness.Sexuality can be used as a preparatory activity for college tennis electives.2.By analyzing the changes of heart rate,RPE,blood lactic acid, urinary protein and CK before and after the tennis preparation exercise,it was determined that this set of tennis practice is of moderate intensity;by analyzing the data changes of blood urea and urobilinogen before and after exercise,This set of tennis balls is fit for exercise and meets the exercise load requirements for physical activity preparation.3.Inadequacies:(1)This set of tennis preparedness exercises still has a lot of room for improvement and room for improvement in the design of the action layout.(2)Due to time constraints and other reasons, this paper does not address the impact of this set of tennis preparation exercises on students’ physical fitness and athletic skills. In the future, this study can be deepened.
