Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of "integration Of Sports And Education" Of Xin’xiang High School Basketball Team

“The Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education for the Healthy Development of Youth”,which was adopted at the 13 th meeting of the Central Committee for Deep Reform,points out that it is necessary to establish the concept of "health first" in education,deepen the integration of sports and education for the healthy development of youth,and help students "enjoy themselves,strengthen their physique,develop their personality and will" in sports and exercise,so as to cultivate moral,physical,aesthetic and socialist successors.It is also important to develop a well-rounded team of socialist builders and successors who will be able to develop their moral,intellectual,physical,social and aesthetic skills.The school basketball team not only undertakes the task of horizontal popularisation on campus,but is also an important link in the process of realising the system of training athletic talents in schools and universities.This paper uses literature,fieldwork,questionnaires,interviews,logical analysis and management theories to investigate the current situation of the "integration of sports and education" in Xinxiang high school basketball teams and to explore the role of the education and sports departments in deepening the "integration of sports and education" in Xinxiang.The study also explores the achievements and difficulties in the process of deepening the "integration of sports and education" of basketball teams in Xinxiang’s education and sports departments,and then proposes strategies that are of practical significance.The results of the study indicate that,firstly,the high school basketball teams in Xinxiang are mainly formed in the form of permanent teams.According to this basis,schools with permanent teams are prepared to reserve competitive talents for different levels and levels of competitive sports or to step up to high-level sports teams for further education respectively,based on the promotion of campus sports work.Secondly,although the running system of the high school basketball teams in Xinxiang is basically the same in all schools,with the leadership of the school authorities and the sports organisation department,the social value brought by the competition events allows the schools with excellent competition results to cooperate with social organisations,providing a better foundation for the better development of the basketball teams with excellent competition results.Thirdly,the the Xinxiang high school basketball team is predominantly male in terms of coaching staff,and is a team of mainly young coaches in terms of age,with some competition experience and academic support,and room for improvement in terms of further study.Fourthly,there are more males than females on the Xinxiang high school basketball team,with an even distribution across all grades,and most of the student-athletes come from ordinary junior high schools before school,some of whom have a sporting grade and have good motivation.Fifthly,in terms of training and competitions,the Xinxiang high school basketball team has planned training and competition activities,actively participated in municipal level competitions and above,and has certain competition achievements.Sixthly,the logistics of the basketball team in Xinxiang High School are in good condition,but the financial situation varies from school to school,and most schools are lacking in medical care.Seventh,the Xinxiang high school basketball team is basically perfect in the process of "integration of sports and education" in terms of event construction,teacher sharing and talent training,but still needs to strengthen the construction of policy integration and implementation.The following measures are proposed to address the problems in the process of "integration of sports and education" in Xinxiang high school basketball teams.First,to mobilise social resources and school organic combination,for the team to enrich the material basis.Second,improve the relevant policies and regulations to provide institutional protection for the implementation of the "integration of sports and education".Third,strengthen the construction of "integration of sports and education" at the level of campus culture,and focus on the development of sports culture.
