On October 15,2020,General Office of the CPC Central Committee printed and distributed the Opinion about Comprehensively Reinforcing and Improving School Sports Work in New Era.The Opinion emphasizes the educational concept of health first in guiding ideology,helps students enjoy the pleasure,strengthen physique,optimize personality and exercise will through physical exercise,and aims to cultivate the socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and labor education."China’s healthy physical education curriculum model" with international vision and Chinese characteristics proposed by the authoritative scholars first in sports circles,puts more emphasis on enhancing the students’ physical and mental health level,developing students’ physical fitness and skill levels and motivating students’ love of sports in terms of model concept.They are consistent in the guiding thought and model concept.All sports events of school at different learning phases in "China’s healthy physical education curriculum model" shall be built and implemented in accordance with the sports teaching mode as required in Opinions,and such kind of physical education teaching mode shows its double significance in theory leading and practice guidance.The literature review method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,Delphi method,teaching experimental method,etc.are adopted to excavate the connotation and quintessence of "China’s healthy physical education curriculum model",the theoretical system of Level Ⅳ fitness aerobics "health sports teaching mode" is constructed,and its application value in teaching is explored to look forward to promoting the reform and development of fitness aerobics teaching.After the logical thinking of research results materials,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The education meaning arising from the construction of Level Ⅳ fitness aerobics "health sports teaching mode" is as below: implementation of spirit of Curriculum Standard,guidance of sports teaching practice,improvement of exercise load level in classroom,enhancement of students’ physical health,transformation from teaching orientation into learning orientation,increase of students’ skill levels,motivation of students’ love of sports,and cultivation of lifelong sports consciousness;The teaching model is built on the basis of Curriculum Standards,"China’s healthy physical education curriculum model",Level Ⅳ physical and mental development rule of students,and acquisition rule of fitness aerobics skills;The model complies with the principle of scientificity,systematicness,advancement,pertinence and operability.2.Level Ⅳ fitness aerobics "health sports teaching mode" covers the following theoretical systems: teaching objective(exercise load security objective,physical fitness level development objective,sport skill acquisition objective,psychological quality improvement objective and learning interest cultivation objective);teaching process(teaching process of diligent practice,many competitions and regular exhibition and performance,and implementation contents and time distribution of teaching process);teaching strategy(formulation strategy of skill contents,selection strategy of physical contents,guiding strategy of teacher management,student cooperation grouping strategy,organizational strategy of exhibition and performance activities,organizational strategy of competition activities,and classroom atmosphere creation strategy);teaching evaluation(evaluation of sports load,physical fitness level,sports skills,psychological quality and learning interest).3.Level Ⅳ fitness aerobics "health sports teaching mode" is conducive to improving the exercise load level of classroom,and the exercise intensity and exercise density in classroom are improved significantly,through which students improve their physical health levels,and master fitness aerobics sports skills,and cultivates their interests in physical education learning.4.Level Ⅳ fitness aerobics "health sports teaching mode" is a kind of effective sports teaching mode with strong operability,and the experiment also describes the feasibility of "China’s healthy physical education curriculum model" in fitness aerobics items from the side.
