Since the promulgation and implementation of the " Healthy China Construction Plan(2016-2020)" in China,colleges and universities have made some achievements in strengthening students' physical exercise,but the physical health test is still unsatisfactory.Introducing healthy fitness into calisthenics teaching can not only increase students'understanding of healthy fitness,but also improve students' calisthenics skills and health fitness.The introduction of calisthenics teaching into healthy fitness is the due contribution of colleges and universities in our country to improve the decline of college students' system health,which further reflects the guiding ideology of" health first,lifelong sports" in the "healthy China construction plan(2016-2020)".This paper uses the methods of literature review,on-the-spot interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out a 12-week aerobics teaching experiment for 120 sophomores in the aerobics class of Northeast Petroleum University.In the 12-week teaching experiment according to some enlightenment of the basic viewpoints of constructivism learning theory to current physical education,starting from the basic viewpoints of constructivism knowledge view,from the perspective of teaching and learners,we should pay attention to the meaningful construction and subject status of students in teaching.By using the main content of constructivism learning theory to combine healthy fitness with aerobics class for teaching,students' understanding of healthy fitness will be increased,meanwhile,students' aerobics skills and healthy fitness level will be improved,and aerobics will be established as a lifelong physical exercise program.In this study,the basic viewpoints of constructivism learning theory are used to introduce healthy fitness into calisthenics for teaching,and the subjects are tested for physical fitness(body composition,muscle strength and endurance,flexibility,cardiopulmonary fitness)in the first and last weeks,and the data measured by the experimental samples are compared and analyzed to explore their correlation.The results show that:1.The physical fitness test indexes of the experimental class before and after the experiment are significantly higher than those before the experiment.2.The health fitness test indexes before and after the experiment in the control class were not significantly different from those in the control class.3.After the experiment,the physical fitness test indexes of the experimental class and the control class showed significant differences in muscle strength and endurance,flexibility and cardiopulmonary fitness,but no significant differences in body composition.4.After the experiment,the aerobics skill test indexes of the experimental class and the control class showed significant difference before and after the experiment,while the aerobics skill test of the control class showed no significant difference.
