| With the putting forward of "health first" education concept and the deepening of "national fitness" strategy,the status of physical education in the education system has been gradually improved,but the physical health problems of middle school students still exist,and the physical health level is still declining,especially the endurance quality and flexibility quality.The COVID-19 epidemic that broke out in 2020 reminds parents to pay attention to students’ physical and mental health and all-round development,and knowing sports health literacy is an important breakthrough to implement quality education.In order to better promote the sustainable development of sports health literacy,cultivate middle school students’ awareness of lifelong sports,promote the formation of middle school students’ daily exercise habits,supervise the learning of middle school students’ sports skills,and give full play to the advantages of government-led,family,school and society cooperation,it is necessary to speed up the improvement of the training path of sports health literacy.This study takes the physical health literacy of middle school students in Zhuzhou City as the research object,mainly adopts the research methods such as literature materials,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and deeply analyzes the development of sports health literacy among middle school students in Zhuzhou City.After sorting out and theoretical analysis,taking the middle school students in Zhuzhou City as the survey objects,the current situation statistics are carried out from the three aspects of sports health knowledge,sports health technology and daily exercise habits,sports health skills and quality,and the existence of sports health literacy in the development process of middle school students in Zhuzhou City is analyzed.The problems and influencing factors were analyzed,and then the cultivation path suitable for middle school students in Zhuzhou City was proposed.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The status quo of sports health literacy of Zhuzhou Middle School students: The questionnaires mainly include three major issues including Zhuzhou Middle School Basic Information,Sports Health Prime Nourishing Evaluation,and the causes of school sports teaching and exercise.In the basic knowledge sector of Middle School students in Zhuzhou Middle School,the understanding of students’ psychological health related knowledge is relatively weak,and the understanding of sports health knowledge such as sports protection and sports emergency is to be strengthened.Specialized training still needs to be strengthened;in sports health skills and quality sectors,most of Zhuzhou City students believe that they have better mastery of skills and quality learning.2.The problems of the existence of sports and health literacy in Zhuzhou Middle School students:(1)Sports and health literacy knowledge: Most of Zhuzhou Middle School students understand sports and health policies through the Internet;(2)Sports and health exercise habits The reason for strengthening the body to strengthen the body,affecting the physical exercise of Middle School students in Zhuzhou City is that there is no time to perform physical exercise,and the reason for the development of habits is mainly academic pressure;The most selected is preparation activities.3.Analysis of the influencing factors of sports health literacy of Zhuzhou Middle School: Take the education level of Middle School students in Zhuzhou as an example.The sports health of High School students in Zhuzhou City is well raised in junior high school students.Taking the influence of campus sports culture as an example,Zhuzhou Middle School Sports Health Knowledge is affected by the school’s sports system,sports concepts and physical education courses;sports health technology and daily exercise habits are used to sports teaching models,post-class delay services and extracurricular sports activities;Sports health skills and quality are affected by school teachers,venue facilities,and sports moral air-oriented.4.Explore the improvement path of sports health literacy among middle school students in Zhuzhou City from the macro,meso and micro levels:(1)the macro level is related to sports policies and regulations;(2)the meso level is the collaborative education of families,schools and society.With the help of the basic education of the family,the school has cultivated management measures,incentive measures,and safeguard measures for middle school students’ physical health literacy,and the society has used the power of new media and social institutions;behaviour and improving physical fitness skills and quality. |
