Study On The Unpaid Wages Of Migrant Workers In Construction Industry In J City L District

According to statistics,there were 288.36 million migrant workers in 2018.To do a good job in settling their wages bears on the immediate interests of migrant workers,social fairness and justice,and social harmony and stability.Based on the grass-roots perspective,the author went to the front line of the work and participated as a worker in the settlement of the daily wage arrears cases of migrant workers in The Labor Supervision Brigade of L District,J City.By using the participatory observation method,the author obtained the first-hand case data of the unpaid wages of grassroots construction workers and the real experience of the front-line work of the unpaid wages of construction workers.Using case analysis method,the problems of migrant workers’ unpaid wages in the construction field in District L of J city were found.This paper adopts literature analysis method to form a scientific understanding of the wage arrears work of migrant workers in construction industry in L district,J city,and finally comes up with reasonable Suggestions to solve the problems existing in the wage arrears work of migrant workers in construction industry in L District,J City.This paper briefly expounds the J city L area construction background and status quo of migrant workers off work,analyzed J city L area of migrant workers off work practice,found the L area in J city migrant workers off work have migrant workers can not lack of rights according to law,enforcing the law off,linkage is hard to push off department,off its enforcement evidence difficult problems,and in view of the question for in-depth and meticulous research.Through the application of knowledge in public management and public policy,the following Suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of migrant workers’wages in construction industry in J City L district:First,to promote the legal road of migrant workers’ wages in construction industry.Second,we will strengthen law enforcement efforts to clear debts.Third,we will strengthen the mechanism for cooperation and linkage between functional departments in the work of clearing debts.Fourth,we will establish a sound supervision and management system for the work of clearing debts.Fifth,the establishment of the construction industry migrant workers owe work long-term mechanism.This paper hopes to study the practice of the work of settling the wages of migrant workers in the construction industry by the administrative organs at the county level,and strive to explore the theory that is more consistent with the problem of settling the wages of migrant workers at the county level,and further enrich the theoretical system of settling the wages of migrant workers.
