| With the development of social,education is of far-reaching significance for promoting modernization and progress.In the new era,"common prosperity" has become the expectation of the public,and promoting the development of social fairness and justice has become a necessary goal.Education is also an important way to give full play to the advantages of China’s human resources.In the 13th Five-Year Plan and the Amendment to the Education Law,new requirements have been put forward for the structure of government investment expenditure in the field of education,and the 14th Five-Year Plan also states that the priority development of education should be guaranteed,a high-quality education management system should be built,and the party’s education policy should be thoroughly implemented.China is a large developing population country,and for many years there are still some deficiencies in the supply of government education resources.With the gradual increase in the difference in investment in the field of education in various regions of China,the imbalance in economic development between provinces has expanded,which has led to the difference between the educational equity degrees in various regions.Improving educational equity can be an endogenous driver of regional economic development.As a public undertaking,the supply of resources in education mainly depends on government investment,and the scale of financial expenditure on education has an important impact on the realization of educational equity.Taking financial education investment as the key research variable,this paper uses the provincial panel data from 2006 to 2019 to analyze the impact of Financial Education Investment on educational equity in China.In terms of the choice of quantitative educational equity,this paper selects the Gini coefficient of education to measure and compare the educational equity of each province,and on this basis,a dynamic relationship model between financial education funding and educational equity in each region is constructed.The results show that the investment of national financial education funds has a negative relationship with the Gini coefficient of education,and improving the level of economic development has a positive impact on promoting educational equity.Finally,on the basis of the empirical research conclusions,a series of optimization measures are proposed for how to improve the fairness of regional education,mainly involving four aspects:increasing the investment in education in the public finance budget;promoting the balanced development of the regional economy;transferring payments to the central and western regions;and taking into account the efficiency and fairness of the construction of the education field. |
