This article describes the education resource type, related notion of the Gini coefficient and educational production function. It also consults correlation research on both foreign and domestic education investment and achievement, by taking high schools’ data in Guangxi province from 2010 to 2012 as an example. The data types include: years、regions、ratio of faculties to students、individual students’ per capital school area and per capital expenditure investment、faculties’ per expenditure investment、ratios of enrollment by key universities and other ordinary universities etc. In this thesis, I still take Guangxi province as an example, the Gini coefficient was used to figure out the difference between resource investment and students’ college entrance examination score, meanwhile a functional model of their relation were built by regression analyzing.I conclude as fellow:arguments of education resource investment in Guangxi province, including ratios of faculties to students and students to schools, students’ per capital school area, per capital investment on student and faculties, are lower than the 0.4 threshold of the Gini coefficient. All this demonstrates that education investment factors of different areas in Guangxi province is really narrow. Particularly, the Gini coefficient on ratio of faculties to students and the faculties’per capital investment maintain about 0.1 suggests that there are hardly any differences between them, instead a fifty-fifty share was reached. The Gini Coefficient arguments of education achievements in Guangxi province, including enrollment data by key universities, ordinary universities, secondary college etc, are all below 0.4. In the dependent variables, the enrollment data of secondary colleges including high tier universities are all 0.1, showing that little differences exist in enrollment of secondary colleges including higher tier universities throughout Guangxi province. Among the remaining independent variables, Gini Coefficient of key universities enrollment in a following three years are reach to the threshold value with a point on 0.28,0.29,0.34 respectively, revealing that there are notable contrast between key university enrollment in Guangxi province, i.e. with a greater denseness, those top students concentrate in some certain areas.I conclude that the ratio of faculties to students and the students’ per capital school area have significant effect on their enrollment by key universities, by regression analyzing of education resource investment and students’ university entrance examination score. etc, On the contrary, other education resource such as the teachers’per capital expenditure and the students’ per capital expenditure have little influence on students’ performance in the college entrance examination.
