Research On Cultivation Of Humanistic Quality Of The Undergraduated In Science And Technology Colleges In Heilongjiang Province Under New Engineering Background

At present,the construction of new engineering is in full swing,which puts forward new requirements and expectations for the training of talents of science and technology in colleges and universities.We should not only focus on the cultivation of knowledge and intelligence of science and engineering college students,but also pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic quality of science and engineering college students to promote their all-round development.Therefore,how to promote the high integration of science education,engineering education and humanities education,and improve the humanities quality of science and engineering college students,is an important problem worthy of research and urgent to be solved.Taking the new engineering as the background,this paper sort out and define the concepts of new engineering,humanistic literacy,humanistic literacy of science college students and cultivation of humanistic literacy.Based on Marx’s theory of all-round development of human,constructivism learning theory and pickle theory in pedagogy,Literature research,questionnaire survey and interview were used to investigate and analyze the cultivation status of humanistic quality of undergraduates in science and technology colleges in Heilongjiang Province.It is found that there are five common problems: the understanding of the concept of humanistic literacy cultivation needs to be deepened,the curriculum of humanistic literacy cultivation needs to be improved,the construction of teachers for humanistic literacy cultivation needs to be strengthened,the construction of campus humanistic culture environment needs to be strengthened,and the enthusiasm of students to participate in it needs to be improved.This paper deeply analyzes the inertia of traditional educational concepts,the negative impact of market economy,the weak faculty of humanistic literacy cultivation,and the lack of rational design of humanistic education resources,which lead to the problems in the cultivation of humanistic literacy of undergraduates in science and technology colleges in Heilongjiang Province.Based on the experience of MIT and Caltech in humanistic education,this paper puts forward five ways and measures to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ humanistic quality in accordance with the positioning of science and technology institutions in Heilongjiang Province: In order to provide useful ideas for the cultivation of humanistic qualities in science and engineering colleges,we should strengthen the concept of humanistic qualities cultivation,promote the reform of humanistic qualities cultivation curriculum system,strengthen the construction of humanistic qualities cultivation teachers,construct a campus culture with more humanistic atmosphere,and give play to the main role of science and engineering students.
