As the basic component of many important national defense projects, the delivery schedule and product quality of military electronics are of great significance to the process and quality assurance of China’s national defense projects. As the front-line employees of China’s military electronic products, the production personnel of China’s military electronic industry are the direct operators of military electronic products and the direct persons in charge of product production progress and product quality. In recent years, the demand for products and the mental fatigue of production personnel have been increasing, which may lead to the increasing production difficulty and the increasing production intensity.Job burnout will not only have a huge negative impact on the personal psychology, life and work development of production personnel, but also bring hidden dangers to the production efficiency and product quality of military electronic products, thus affecting the on-time delivery and long-term reliability of products.Through sorting out the previous research,it is found that the previous research on job burnout mostly focuses on the employees in the service industry, and there is less research on the technology industry.By understanding the current situation of role overload of military electronic production personnel, this study analyzes the relationship between role overload and job burnout, takes leadership trust and patriotism as intermediate variables, theoretically puts forward the role relationship model of role overload of military electronic production personnel on job burnout, and discusses the regulatory role of leadership trust and patriotism,Provide a theoretical basis for managers to formulate relevant preventive measures,so as to alleviate the job burnout of military electronic production personnel, ensure the delivery progress and product quality of military electronic products, and provide a solid guarantee for the timely implementation of many national defense projects in China. In order to test the correctness of the above logic, this study takes the production personnel of H company as the research object to conduct a questionnaire survey.A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed to the production personnel of the company. After removing the invalid questionnaires,463 valid samples were finally recovered.Use statistical analysis software spss26 0 regression analysis was conducted on the collected data to verify the relationship between employees’ role overload, their perceived trust by leaders, employees’ patriotism and job burnout. The research shows that role overload has a significant positive effect on job burnout. The trust and patriotism of leaders not only have a significant negative effect on job burnout, but also can significantly weaken the positive impact of role overload on job burnout.According to the research results, the author puts forward improvement suggestions from three aspects:reducing the role overload of production personnel, changing the way leaders get along with production personnel, and enhancing the patriotic education of production personnel, hoping to alleviate the job burnout of production personnel in China’s military electronics industry. This study not only opens up the research field of job burnout, extends the research on the relationship between role overload and job burnout to the military electronic industry, but also introduces the moderating variables, the trust of leaders and patriotism, especially the introduction of patriotism,to theoretically obtain the positive effect of patriotism education on the working state of employees.
