The optimization of teaching behavior is an important guarantee to improve the effectiveness of teaching.At present,with the deepening of the "double reduction"policy,how to optimize the teaching behavior of junior middle school Chinese teachers to improve the teaching efficiency of "Chinese",a key subject,has gradually become the core issue of junior high school Chinese classroom teaching.This research uses the improved Flemish interactive analysis technology and structured classroom observation to analyze the Chinese classroom teaching in a middle school,and conduct interviews with the Chinese teachers in the middle school.The research found that the problems existing in the current junior middle school Chinese teaching mainly include:too many ineffective questions,despising the design of blackboard writing,flooding of multimedia materials,formalized discussion,and lack of formativeness and diversity in classroom evaluation.In this regard,based on the theory of behaviorism and learning motivation theory,the author puts forward the optimization strategies of teaching behaviors such as dialogue behavior and presentation behavior in junior high school Chinese classroom teaching,in order to provide a more practical optimization for front-line junior high school Chinese teachers to improve classroom teaching behavior.strategies to improve the quality of classroom teaching and achieve teaching goals.This paper consists of four chapters,as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the background,significance of the research,the current situation of the research on the teaching behavior of Chinese teachers in junior high school,and the main research methods of this research.The second chapter expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical knowledge of this research.The third chapter is based on the Flemish classroom interaction analysis technology.According to the actual needs of this research,it is necessary to improve it and construct an improved Flemish classroom interaction behavior analysis system for Chinese teachers in junior high schools.Using the improved Flanders classroom interaction behavior analysis system and classroom structure observation technology,based on data analysis,the current classroom interaction behavior of junior high school Chinese teachers is analyzed and structurally observed.The fourth chapter is based on the problem analysis of the previous chapter,and puts forward the optimization strategy of teaching behavior pertinently.
