At present,the quality education advocated by our country and the new curriculum reform clearly require that education should be oriented to all students,teachers should change the traditional teaching mode,guide students to adopt diversified learning methods,stimulate students' interest in learning,and further promote the all-round development of students.Therefore,the use of cooperative learning in junior high school Chinese classroom plays an extremely important role in changing the traditional Chinese classroom model,which not only conforms to the trend of educational reform,but also promotes the reform of junior high school Chinese curriculum.This study is aimed at the present situation of cooperative learning in junior middle school Chinese classroom.In this thesis,Chinese teachers and students of a middle school in Yining are investigated.The research methods are mainly quantitative and qualitative.The student questionnaire in quantitative research is designed from several dimensions: frequency,timing,topic selection,duration,establishment and division of labor,participation of teachers and students,student behavior,achievement display,effect.The teacher questionnaire was designed from several dimensions: the frequency of cooperative learning,the degree of identity,the division of labor and training of the team members,the randomness,participation and evaluation.The interview in qualitative research mainly from the position of teachers and students to understand their subjective feelings or ideas about some of the questions in the questionnaire,to assist in the analysis of the school,teachers and students three aspects of the specific problems and make a specific analysis of the reasons,and finally put forward the optimization strategy.The structure of this paper is as follows:Introduction: This part focuses on the research reasons,research objectives,methods and ideas,concept definition and related concept interpretation and literature review.Chapter one: Using the method of questionnaire and interview to carry out systematic investigation and analysis on the implementation status of junior middle school Chinese cooperative learning.Chapter two: Through the analysis of questionnaire survey and interview of teachers and students in a middle school in Yining city,the problems and reasons in the implementation of cooperative learning in junior middle school Chinese classroom can be summarized as follows: insufficient attention to teachers' professional training leads to insufficient professional training.As far as the students themselves are concerned,the students' thought of quick success and quick profit is serious,the lack of understanding of the comprehensive accomplishment of Chinese and the weak sense of team lead to the students' lack of serious thinking consciousness and unequal speaking opportunities;the students' lack of listening to others' habits and taking advantage of the opportunity to "desertion" is serious;and the students' lack of understanding of relevant theoretical knowledge about cooperative learning is not in place and so on.Chapter three: In view of the problems existing in the implementation of Chinese cooperative learning in junior middle school,this paper puts forward some optimization strategies from the point of view of education management department and schools,teachers and students,that is,to increase the investment in education and strengthen the training of teachers by strengthening the importance of cooperative learning in education departments and schools;the optimization strategies of teachers mainly include strengthening professional learning and improving teaching level;grasping the teaching emphasis and arranging time reasonably;carrying out scientific grouping to clarify the division of labor within the group;participating in cooperative learning and building efficient classrooms together;paying close attention to students and arousing interest in learning;conducting scientific evaluation and guiding students correctly;Students should cultivate their own ability and promote all-round development.The conclusion part mainly summarizes this research and describes one by one the shortcomings of the investigation of cooperative learning,and expounds the future research trend of cooperative learning.
