| In order to further strengthen nutrition and health education in schools in the compulsory education stage and enrich the teaching resources of nutrition and health education in middle schools,this study adopts literature research method,survey research method,action research method and other methods.Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the course content,dig deep into the potential nutrition and health-related content in the textbook,and sort out and present the results of the excavation in an orderly manner,in order to provide relevant teaching materials for a more comprehensive and in-depth development of nutrition and health education in middle school biology classrooms.This study firstly used the literature research method to grasp the research status of nutrition and health education at home and abroad,and compiled a questionnaire based on relevant theories and works.Then,the survey method was used to grasp the actual situation of students’ nutrition and health knowledge,attitude and behavior in W school in Zigong City.The survey results show that students generally lack nutrition and health knowledge in their minds.More than half of the students have not formed a preliminary awareness of nutrition and health.At the same time,the phenomenon of partial eclipse and overeating is serious,especially the problem of preference for high-sugar and fried foods is extremely prominent..Secondly,according to the actual situation of the students,combined with the requirements of the curriculum standards,a comprehensive analysis of the curriculum content of the second volume of the seventh grade "Biology" of the People’s Education Edition was carried out.In the book,there are 7 chapters and 20 sections in the book.There are 51 penetration points and 51 penetration contents;its penetration direction is divided into four categories: nutrient material basis,reasonable nutrition,food safety and hygiene,and scientific eating;then the excavation results are sorted out and assembled in an orderly manner.Finally,make full use of its excavation results,adopt the action research method to carry out the teaching practice of nutrition and health education in the biology teaching of junior high school,and conduct a questionnaire survey on the practice objects again after the practice is completed.The survey results showed that most of the students’ nutrition and health knowledge,nutrition and health attitudes,and nutrition and health behaviors were significantly different before and after infiltration teaching(P<0.01).The practical results show that the theoretical mining results of this research have certain rationality and operability as teaching auxiliary resources. |
