The purpose of the study is to let students know and master the knowledge of nutrition and health, cultivate the students'proper awareness of nutrition and health, develop the good habits of nutritional behaviors, form a healthy life style by means of education, and finally promote their health, improve their quality of life and increase the students'index of happiness. Meanwhile it also explores the effective methods and specific ways of implementing the education of nutrition and health in senior middle school in rural areas. The study objects in this paper are the 294 students in Experimental School in Panshi City. The indexes of measuring the students'conditions of nutrition and health are their heights, ages, weights and the number of students .he standards of measuring the students'conditions of nutrition and health are the heights, ages, weights in the whole country in 2007, and make a questionnaire about students'present knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of nutrition and health. According to the problems that exist among students, explore the effective methods and specific ways of implementing the education of nutrition and health during biology teaching in senior middle school in rural areas. Thus, make students and their families develop the good habits of nutritional behaviors, form a healthy life style, and ultimately promote the health levels of the entire country.In the study, the science students of Senior Two in Experimental School in Panshi City are divided into A, B, C three groups. The paper makes a study on the method of suggesting excitation between Group A and Group B which studies its effect on the education of nutrition and health. The paper makes a study on the other methods of education of nutrition and health between Group B and Group C, which studies the students'condition's improvement of nutrition and health , the knowledge master of nutrition and health, the attitudes'correction of nutrition and health and the effects on habits form of nutrition and health. Then analyze the results of knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of nutrition and health. The results showed that:1. Before implementing the education of nutrition and health, the conditions of the nutrition and health in the three groups were: the percent of students who have problems in nutrition and health in Group A is 48.35%, 49.45% in groupB,and 41.96% in Group C. After the implementation of the education of nutrition and health, the conditions of the nutrition and health in the three groups were: the percent of students who have problems in nutrition and health in Group A is 16.48%, 24.18% in Group B and 45.54%. in Group C2. Before the implementation of the education of nutrition and health, the correction rates of knowledge of nutrition and health in three groups were Group A is 25.93%, Group B is 23.63%, and Group C is 21.25%. After the implementation of the education of nutrition and health, the correction rate of knowledge of nutrition and health in three groups were : Group A is 98.90%, Group B is 97.25%, and Group C is 25.63%.3. Before the implementation of the education of nutrition and health, the rates of students who have the right attitudes towards nutrition and health were: Group A is 41.96%, Group B is 43.66%, and Group C is 43.99%. After the implementation of the education of nutrition and health, the rates of students who have the right attitudes towards nutrition and health were: Group A is 99.3%, Group B is 97.6%, and Group C is 48.46%. 4. Before the implementation of the education of nutrition and health, the behaviors'forming rate of nutrition and health were: Group A is 33.07%, Group B is 3.527%, and Group C is 29.12%. After the implementation of the education of nutrition and health, the behaviors'forming rate of nutrition and health were: Group A is 84.12%, Group B is 73.83%, and Group C is 31.35%.By analyzing the researching results, the conclusion can be drawn: the method of suggesting excitation is very important in improving the students'conditions of nutrition and health, it is little use in helping students master the knowledge of nutrition and health, it has a certain effect on correcting students'attitudes towards nutrition and health, and it has an obvious influence on forming the good habits of nutritional behaviors. According to the present teaching conditions and the teachers'distribution, the study also found that the combination of the use of classroom teaching, after-class activities and the method of suggesting excitation is an effective way in implementing the education of nutrition and health in rural senior high school. At the same time, the co-infiltration of multi-subject, the strong support of school leaders, the assistance of schools'cafeteria and the active cooperation from parents is a very good method in implementing the education of nutrition and health in rural senior high school. With our joint efforts, develop and implement the education of nutrition and health in rural high school, moreover, make students know and master a certain knowledge of nutrition and health, develop the right attitudes towards nutrition and health, form the good habits nutritional behaviors and healthy life styles, promote students'health and improve their life quality. The methods used in the research are: evaluation, questionnaire, statistical analysis, intervenient experiment, interview, suggesting excitation, etc.
