| Sports skills can be divided into open style and closed style sports skills according to whether the sports skills depend on the external environment in the process of completion. As a typical open style sports skill, table tennis should pay attention to the influence of the external environment on the learning of sports skills in the teaching process. This study applies the principle of open style sports skill learning to the teaching of table tennis in colleges and universities, and carries out the teaching implementation according to the four stages of noumenon perception, environment presentation, noumenon decision making and noumenon answering behaviors. In terms of teaching design, this study is based on Babansky’s teaching process optimization theory, and is guided by actual combat situation, and the teaching content is modularized and systematically processed. In terms of research methods, this study adopts the methods of literature, interviews, questionnaires, teaching experiments and mathematical statistics to explore the application effect of the principle of open style skill learning in table tennis teaching in colleges and universities.Through teaching experiments and data analysis, the following research results are obtained:(1)In terms of physical fitness,in the post-experiment comparison between the experimental class and the control class, all indicators of physical fitness are not statistically significant;in the comparison before and after the experiment, significant differences can be found in sit-ups,“8” stepping on points, and 30-meter turnaround run(p<0.05).(2)In terms of learning interest,in the post-experiment comparison between the experimental class and the control class, there are significant differences in skill learning, extracurricular activities and learning interest total scores(p<0.01,p<0.01,p<0.05);In the comparison before and after the experiment, there are significant differences in the indicators of learning interest and the total score(p<0.001).(3)In terms of response cognitive style,in the post-experiment comparison between the experimental class and the control class, the proportion of response cognitive style, the test time and the correct number are not statistically significant;in the comparison before and after the experiment, only the experimental class has significant differences in the test time and number of correct tests(p<0.05,p<0.01).(4)In terms of sports skills,in the post-experiment comparison between the experimental class and the control class, there are significant differences in the total score of sports skills(p<0.05),there are significant differences in the prediction of the direction and landing point of the incoming ball, the timing and direction of pace movement in the technical test(p<0.001,p<0.01,p<0.01,p<0.01),there are also significant differences in the correctness of the movements(p<0.01),but the comparison result of the control class is better than the experimental class;in the skill test, there are significant differences in the total scores of indeterminate points(p<0.01);in the comparison before and after the experiment, there are significant differences in the tests of sports skills and the total scores of sports skills(p<0.001).According to the research results,it can be concluded that the teaching method based on the principle of open style sports skills can improve students’ physical quality, significantly promote the improvement of students’ sports skills and learning interest, and is conducive to the rapid and accurate development of students’ cognitive response, which is suitable for the teaching of table tennis in colleges and universities. |
