| Positive psychology is a new research field initiated by American psychologist Seligman at the end of the 20 th century.It is committed to exploring human advantages and virtues on the basis of traditional psychology and advocates facing life with a positive attitude.Positive psychology believes that education can not only correct mistakes and problems,but also create personal positive experience for students and develop their potential positive personality and personal advantages.With the implementation of language curriculum reform,reading teaching should not only impart students with appropriate knowledge,but also pay attention to students’ psychological development and personality cultivation.Therefore,this paper applies the relevant theories of positive psychology in junior middle school Chinese reading teaching,so that students can enhance positive reading experience and stimulate positive emotion while mastering knowledge and skills,so as to help students shape a sound personality and optimize the effect of reading teaching.This article is divided into five sections:In the introduction section,it discusses the research reasons of this paper from the needs of the new curriculum reform and Chinese teaching,explains the significance of this research,introduces the research status of positive psychology and its application in school education and Chinese teaching,and finally explains the research methods of this paper.The second part introduces the basic theory of positive psychology,and discusses the feasibility and significance of the application of positive psychology in Chinese Reading Teaching in junior middle school.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of students’ positive psychology in Chinese Reading Teaching in junior middle school.This paper investigates and analyzes the three dimensions of positive emotional experience,positive personality traits and positive educational environment.The fourth part puts forward the specific strategies of applying positive psychology theory in junior middle school Chinese reading teaching from three aspects: positive emotion,positive personality and positive environment.The fifth part is to design a teaching design based on positive psychology and carry out teaching practice on the basis of understanding the current situation of students’ positive psychology in Chinese Reading Teaching in junior middle school.After the implementation of the course,the students were interviewed and measured to verify the application effect of positive psychology in Chinese Reading Teaching in junior middle school. |
