Study On Learning Problems And Countermeasures Of High School Students In Urban Boarding System

With the development of the social,boarding schools are developing rapidly not only in rural areas,but also in all parts of the urban areas.Students in urban boarding schools are excellent in learning,but there are also some problems in it.Through the survey and observations of students in Zhoukou S High School,there are mainly three problems in their study:First,the school’s time management for the students and head teachers of the class is too strict;second,a small amount of teachers’teaching level and some teachers’ job burnout have a strong influence on the students’study;third,the students themselves lack learning goals and motivation,their basic knowledge level varies a lot,and their learning attitudes,habits and methods need to be improved.There are three reasons for these:First,the school is too one-sided on pursuing high enrollment rates and high-quality students,and pays too much attention to students’ academic scores and performance;Second,the quality of the teaching staff is different and the teachers are under too much pressure;third,the students’ learning goals are vague,their learning foundation and self-learning consciousness is weak,they do not have a good learning habit,their allocation of learning time is unreasonable,etc.Based on these reasons,this article puts forward the following improvements:First,the school should wholly analyze its own condition to improve the quality of education and formulate scientific and reasonable time schedule.It should strengthen its humanistic care for students and reduce teachers’ excessive pressure on performance;Second,teachers should strengthen training to improve their professional level and teaching ability.In addition,it is necessary to reduce the burden of teachers and increase their sense of professional achievement;third,the students should accurately set their learning goals and directions,improve the level of basic knowledge,strengthen the awareness of self learning,develop good study habits and allocate study time reasonably.
