As China enters the era of education informatization 2.0,education informatization,as an endogenous force for systemic change in education,has revolutionized the transformation of education and has placed higher demands on teachers.TPACK competency is an important competency necessary for teachers in the new era.As the reserve army of future teachers,teacher trainees must have this core competency.The connotation and composition of TPACK in the Information 2.0 era have changed significantly.TPACK for teacher-training students in colleges and universities can be cultivated in various ways,but it is mainly implemented through the course"Educational Technology Applications".Therefore,how to clarify the composition framework of TPACK in the era of informatization 2.0,adjust the course teaching objectives,course teaching contents,course teaching implementation and course teaching evaluation of Educational Technology Applications correspondingly,and effectively improve the TPACK ability of teachertraining students through course teaching.The study is important for promoting the development of educational informatization and building a highly qualified and professional innovative teacher team.This study consists of the following main parts.First,this study summarizes the new requirements for teachers(teacher trainees)in the era of education informatization 2.0 by combing policy documents and relevant studies,clarifies the connotation of TPACK in the era of education informatization 2.0,forms a set of TPACK competency framework for teacher trainees in the era of education informatization 2.0,and elaborates the connotation of each element in the TPACK competency framework;summarizes the ways and means of TPACK-based IT and subject This provides a basis for developing TPACK competencies for teacher-training students and reforming the curriculum system.At the same time,the framework also serves as a basis for conducting TPACK competency assessment for teachertraining students.Second,this study provides an innovative design for the Applications of Educational Technology course that develops TPACK competencies for teacher-training students.There are many ways to cultivate TPACK ability of teacher-training students,but in universities it is mainly cultivated through the course "Educational Technology Applications".Therefore,taking University of N as an example,we investigate the current situation of the curriculum and teaching in the university,and based on the basis of curriculum reform,we reform and innovatively design the existing Educational Technology Applications curriculum from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation,develop relevant teaching resources and scaffolds,and finally form a set of Educational Technology Applications curriculum system based on TPACK competency.Again,the curriculum design was implemented and the effect of TPACK competency development was evaluated.The researcher,as a teaching assistant,collaborated with the lecturer on the instructional design,formed the teaching plan and carried out a semester-long teaching practice.The results of the analysis showed that the TPACK competency of teacher-training students improved significantly,especially in the elements of TPACK-related technologies(TK,TPK,TCK)and pedagogy(PK,PCK),and the "design competency" of teacher-training students was found to be crucial,and teachers in the era of information technology 2.0 should strengthen their information technology teaching design In addition,it was found that the "design ability" of teacher trainees is crucial,and teachers should strengthen their IT teaching design learning and practice in the IT2.0 era.Finally,in view of the process and results of TPACK ability cultivation of teacher-training students,the study further reflects on TPACK ability cultivation of teacher-training students,including:the research and application of subject content(CK)and subject pedagogy(PCK)should be increased;the study and application of artificial intelligence technology(TK)should be increased;the development of teaching resources and scaffolds based on TPACK framework should be strengthened by digging into typical cases;and the development of teaching resources and scaffolds based on TPACK framework should be strengthened.We should strengthen the development of teaching resources and scaffolding;strengthen the teaching of "design learning" to enhance students’innovative’ design ability;expand practical teaching and carry out integrated training inside and outside school.
