With the development of elementary education reform,as an important part of elementary education,curriculum of kindergarten is also being reformed.At this stage,with more and more attention to children’s subjectivity,the problems of children’s education,curriculum and children’s growth have been widely studied by experts in the field.In the context of curriculum reform,especially the policy of easing the burden of excessive homework and off-campus tutoring for students undergoing compulsory education,the curriculum model of emergent curriculum has attracted more and more attention.This study attempts to make an in-depth study on the implementation of emergent curriculum in kindergarten on the basis of theoretical exploration and practical research.This study takes S Kindergarten in Kunming as the practice and research site,with the help of its existing relevant research conditions,takes the children in the top class one of kindergarten as the research object,and carries out action research of emergent theme activities.Starting from the three perspectives of paying attention to children,respecting children and believing in children,around the aspects of "following children’s interests","responding to children’s problems" and "believing in children’s ability".This study will carry out emergent curriculum research by research methods including documentary study and observation method,so that to understand the problems existing in the current development of theme activities of emergent curriculum.According to the actual situation of action research,the researcher summarizes the research experience,reflects on the problems existing in the research,and adjusts the research plan of the next round.Through three rounds of practical research,it is found that the implementation of the theme activities of the emergent curriculum is conducive to improving children’s kindness,responsibility,gratitude and active learning ability.Finally,the study puts forward some suggestions for the existing problems.For the preschool teachers,they should establish the concept of emergent curriculum,strengthen the awareness of emergent curriculum objectives,optimize the content of emergent curriculum,optimize the implementation of emergent curriculum and improve the evaluation system of emergent curriculum.For the kindergarten,it should change the management philosophy,change management strategy and improve the support system for emergent curriculum.
