The Implementation Plan of Deepening the Reform of "Double-qualified" Teachers in Vocational Education in the New Era in 2019 is the vane of the professional quality of "double-qualified" teachers.In the face of the new environment and new policies,the "double-qualified" teachers in private secondary vocational schools have little research in this aspect,especially they do not include the education and teaching achievements,craftsman spirit and other dimensions into the professional quality of "double-qualified" in private secondary vocational schools.The dimension of this study is set in article 9 of the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Construction of "Double-qualified" Teachers in Vocational Education in the New Era in 2019,through 352 teachers from teacher ethics,craftsman spirit,technical skills and education teaching performance four aspects of quantitative research,supplemented by interview,summarize Zhaoqing private and independent secondary vocational school professional quality status quo and influencing factors,expected to improve the quality of private and independent secondary vocational school "double-qualified" teachers.First,through the basic situation of the sample,it is found that the post-90 s undergraduate graduates occupy half of the "double-qualified" teachers in Zhaoqing private and independent secondary vocational schools,and the part-time teachers bring energy and vitality to the private and independent secondary vocational schools.Secondly,the professional status of "double-qualified" teachers in Zhaoqing private and independent secondary vocational schools is obtained.The overall development of teacher ethics is good,but the home-school cooperation is lacking.The development of technical skills is secondary,but part-time teachers lack solid basic skills,and full-time teachers lack practical experience.The craftsman spirit presents a situation of "hot and cold" and "knowing" without "doing",and the overall innovation intensity is insufficient.Education and teaching performance score is low,scientific research literacy is weak.According to the analysis of influencing factors,it is found that education background,technical title,inauguration method,teaching age and enterprise work experience will have a significant positive impact on the professional quality of "double-qualified" teachers in private and independent secondary vocational schools in Zhaoqing City.Again is the reason analysis: first,the applicable "double-qualified" can not find,stay;second,the post "double-qualified" education is bad,difficult to improve;third,affect the private secondary vocational "double-qualified" their own development factors.Then we put forward suggestions: First,the government should expand the number of "double-qualified" from the source.Second,the school based on the existing teachers,the school cultivates vocational education craftsmen from the aspects of government lead,education promotion,classified training,and treatment promotion,and improving the coordination mechanism of education and teaching work.Third,the "double-qualified" teachers themselves should be internalized in mind and externalized in practice.This study partly enriches the research on the professional quality of "double-qualified" teachers in the field of vocational education in China,and provides empirical materials for the subsequent theoretical research.
