General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the school ideological and Political Theory teachers’ symposium held on March 18,2019 that "ideological and political course is a key course to fulfill the fundamental task of moral cultivation" and that "the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools" must be deepened.Teenagers are the hope and future of a nation,and primary school is the key period of its growth and development,so it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education of students in primary school.Morality and the rule of law is an important course of ideological and political education in primary schools at present,which plays an irreplaceable role in strengthening the education of ideology,morality and the rule of law.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the strategies for improving the teaching effectiveness of morality and rule of law in primary schools.Based on the logical sequence of "summarizing problems--analyzing causesputting forward strategies",this paper analyzes and summarizes the investigation results of four primary schools in Yinchuan city,and sorts out the problems in the teaching of morality and rule of law in primary schools,such as lack of professional teachers,insufficient class hours,outdated teaching methods and single evaluation form.Since each school is the main place to carry out teaching activities,and teachers and students are the main participants of teaching activities,the reasons for the above problems are comprehensively analyzed from the three aspects of schools,teachers and students.In order to solve the problems encountered in curriculum development,the following aspects are studied and discussed:to strengthen the construction of teachers from the two aspects of building a strong school teaching staff and teachers to actively change the teaching concept;To improve the level of curriculum construction from three aspects:studying the content of teaching materials,standardizing curriculum construction and developing high-quality resources;From the application of situational teaching method,using example demonstration method,strengthening practice teaching method,the application of multimedia technology to expand teaching methods and means;Finally,we should adhere to the principles of diversified evaluation subjects,clear evaluation criteria,specific evaluation content and diversified evaluation methods to improve the evaluation system of the teaching effectiveness of morality and rule of law in primary schools.In short,in order to improve the teaching effectiveness of morality and rule of law in primary schools,we should not only start from teaching practice,but also actively play the resultant forces of various educational factors.
