| The post-employment management of professional title for primary and secondary school teachers is an important part of the teachers’ professional title system.It also plays a stimulating role in the professional title system and employment system of basic education and has great significance to the development and management of teachers’ human resources.This study taking teachers of public primary and secondary schools in Nanshan District,Shenzhen as the research object,and using a variety of research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method and so on.By sorting out the current situation of national and local policies on post-employment management,investigating and analyzing the implementation status of post-employment management in Nanshan District,analyzing the influencing factors of post-employment management,summarizing the problems existing in post-employment management in Nanshan District and its causes,and finally proposing countermeasures to improve post-employment management.Through the questionnaire survey,it was found by comparison that before and after the post-employment management in Nanshan District,there are some positive results have been achieved such as teachers’ professional ethics,weekly class hours,the discipline they teach,open classes,and continuing education for teachers with clear job requirements.However,the role of senior teachers in professional development and demonstration leadership is not obvious.Findings from the investigation on eight aspects including the implementation of post-employment management suggest the policy is generally good,but in terms of "can go up" and "can go down" regulations.It reflects that the role of responsibility and supervision needs to be strengthened,the system design should be more rigorous,and the relevant constraints need to be implemented to the end.This study further analyzes teachers’ gender,age,teaching age,teaching period,professional title grade and administrative position.The results show that teachers’ age,teaching experience,professional title grade and administrative position have different effects on teachers’ subjective attitudes about post-employment management.Teachers with different professional titles also show differences in different aspects of job burnout.These results can provide reference for practical application of relevant policies.The mediating effect of teachers’ subjective attitudes towards post-employment management and teachers’ job burnout,indicating the relationship between teachers’ understanding of post-employment management policies,implementation of post-employment management,satisfaction with post-employment management and teachers’ job burnout.Analyzing the reasons,the post-employment management of primary and secondary school teachers in Nanshan District is only explored in the dimension of assessment content.The post-employment management system has not been formally established.The assessment standards for teachers during the employment period need to be further improved.Some regulations on post-employment management have not been effectively implemented.Based on the results of this research,the education administrative department can implement the post-employment management system mainly by clarifying the assessment standards,clarifying the main responsibilities,and strengthening publicity and guidance to increase teachers’ motivation for promotion of professional titles. |
