In the era of mobile learning,micro-learning has become a common way of learning,and research on micro-learning resources has attracted much attention.However,due to the perceptual and cognitive characteristics of deaf students,the general learning resources can not meet their learning needs.Currently,there are few learning resources designed for the individual characteristics of deaf students.Therefore,how to design and develop micro-video learning resources according to the characteristics of deaf students is a problem to be solved.Deaf students in high school as the research object of this research,through analyzing the characteristics of the deaf students perception,thinking,attention,language characteristics,discusses the design and development method of deaf education micro video resources,teaching experiment in writings in classical style,for example,for the follow-up for deaf students learn the design and development of the micro video resources have provided the certain theory basis and reference.First of all,through literature research to understand the status quo of deaf education micro-video learning resources,to interview deaf students learning resources and resources learning problems.And through the questionnaire survey of deaf students micro video demand for investigation and analysis of micro video resources.Based on the principles of multimedia information design and the theory of film and television creation,this paper analyzes the way of information presentation which is suitable for the characteristics of deaf students,puts forward the design principles and methods of micro-video resources,constructs the design model of multimedia representation,and carries out the experimental research of multimedia learning.The experimental results show that:There were significant differences in academic performance between the experimental and control groups in both experiments.Therefore,the multimedia representation design method proposed in this study is effective and has a positive impact on the learning effect of deaf students.Secondly,based on ADDIE model and multimedia representation design model,the design principles of micro-video development are proposed according to the characteristics of deaf students,and the development model of micro-vid Finally,according to the development model of deaf education micro-video,taking Classical Chinese as an example,the design and development of micro-video cases of background knowledge,word,sentence and meaning are carried out.The micro-video developed is applied to the Chinese teaching practice of deaf students,and the experimental research on micro-video resources is carried out.The experimental results show that:eo for deaf education is constructed.In the micro-video application experiment,there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.The micro-video application effectively improved the learning effect of the experimental group.The micro-video resource designed and developed in this study has a positive effect on the learning effect of deaf students.
