With China's higher education moving into the internationally recognized "pop" phase, the environment of college student management work, both external and internal, has experienced a tremendous change, which brings serious challenges to the college student management and personnel training. Some problems have arisen in the original ideas, ways and methods, means and methods. Under these circumstances, how to promote college students'comprehensive growth through strengthening and improving college student management work is a very important task. From the angle of Herzberg's two-factor theory, this paper analyzed and studied university students'various needs. By recognizing two different factors, we aims to seek effective way of student management, inspire the enthusiasm and improve the students'comprehensive growth.This paper is divided into four parts altogether. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of this subject by summarizing the related research at home and abroad and putting forward ideas and research methods and innovation points; The second part analyzes the reason for university students' management incentive management deficiencies in our country with the combination of the actual situation of the management of university students; The third part systematically elaborates the necessity of introducing two-factor theory to university students' management. On the basis of the former discussion, the fourth part focused on implementation of two-factor theory in the college student management from health factor which causes dissatisfaction among college students and incentive factor which leads to college students'satisfaction.
