Education has always been a national priority.In recent years,there have been many private middle schools in primary education.How to objectively and effectively assess teachers and retain excellent talents is also an important issue faced by many private middle schools.After more than ten years of development,school C has gained a good reputation in the local area.An important reason for the good reputation of the school is its excellent enrollment rate and various data.With the rapid development of the school,the teacher team is expanding rapidly,and the performance management system needs to be modified to help the further development of the school.Therefore,it needs to be optimized to adapt to the development of the school,mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and guide the long-term development of teachers.Firstly,this thesis reviews the relevant theories of performance management.Then this thesis introduces the basic situation of school C,and introduces the organizational structure,human resources and current performance management evaluation standards of school C.Through questionnaires and teacher interviews,this thesis summarizes and analyzes the problems:Firstly,the indicators are not reasonable.Secondly,performance counseling is not effectively carried out and implemented.Thirdly,performance results are not widely used;Finally,the performance management system is not perfect,and there is a lack of performance appraisal appeal channels.According to the problems,the optimization scheme of performance management of school C is designed and formulated to solve the problems existing in the existing system.The final solution includes four specific directions(rationalization of performance indicators,closed-loop counseling,sub direction of assessment and three applications of results).The design of performance management optimization scheme is of great positive significance to the development of C school.A set of performance management system based on theoretical basis,combined with the actual situation and guiding teachers’ professional growth can help the rapid development of the school,train teachers and retain excellent teachers.At the same time,it can also be used as a reference for private middle schools like school C.
