Social Work Involved In The Urban Business District Building Party Construction Path

As the pace of urban development continues to speed up,a number of commercial buildings are springing up in the city,each building has many "two new" organizations(new economic organizations,new social organizations)entered,and gradually established a large number of "two new" party branches,so the grassroots party construction field expanded to the commercial area of the building.In recent years,more and more areas by means of government purchase services will be introduced to the professional social work in the business circle of building the party governance,using professional social workers work ideas and methods to carry out the party construction service characteristics,can enhance the business circle building "two new" organization cohesive force,innovation of the party governance model,as well as local development expand the new social work practice.In this paper,field research and case study methods are used to carry out practical research in J street,jinan city,and explore a reasonable way for social work to intervene in the party building work of urban commercial circle.The research finds that:(1)social work intervenes in the party building work field of commercial circle by the form of government purchase services;(2)in the process of service,a social worker with the model of team work,lead the business circle of building the party development,from early use formal organization authority power development,to the middle of integration business circle building internal and external resources,establish a "reservoir" to the late for business circle building leaders can increase empowerment,finally realizes the business circle of building the party autonomy,The social work service path of"structural embeddedness,functional coupling and directional guidance" has been explored.The exploration of this path not only promotes the development of party building in the business district,but also highlights the vitality and broad prospects of the localized development of social work under the background of the new era,and promotes the localized development of social work.Although social work in the intervention process puts the strong applicability,but also the lack of social workers to,voice low,professional role boundary is not clear,business circle "two new" enterprise party construction consciousness is insufficient,the supervision evaluation system is not sound,needs the government,colleges and universities,enterprises,social workers and other joint efforts,the plural Promote the coordinated and integrated development of social work and party building work in urban business districts.
