With the rapid development of economy and society,people’s view of marriage and love has changed dramatically,and the divorce rate is increasing year by year.As a result,there are a large number of children from single parent families.Due to the change of family structure,the parenting mode of children from single parent families changes.It is easy to have a strong inner impact on them,resulting in negative experiences such as lack of security,emotional instability,depression,locking,inferiority complex,vulnerability,irritability,isolation and so on.The junior middle school students from single parent families have become a special group that needs more attention because they are in puberty.I have a deep feeling from my years of mental health work.Most of the visitors are junior middle school students from single parent families.When I hear their inner pain and helplessness,I will arouse my deep sense of sympathy and help.Based on this,this study takes junior middle school students from single parent families as the research object,and tries to find a correct path to help junior middle school students from single parent families grow healthily through practical investigation and research within the framework of stress resistance theory.Let them also have a sunny,optimistic and healthy life.Turn adversity into an opportunity for beauty to bloom.Through the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire and interview,this study takes the single parent students from Grade 7 to grade 9 of Tongliao X Middle School as the research object,investigates the stress resistance status of 1100 junior middle school students,and selects 144 single parent students.The results show that the stress resistance level of junior middle school students in single parent families is poor,and the specific research indicators are refined from three dimensions to find the problem characteristics of stress resistance in single parent families.Questionnaires and interviews were conducted with head teachers and moral education leaders to understand students’ measures in single parent family management.The reasons for the current situation of stress resistance of junior middle school students from single parent families are summarized as follows:first,the school lacks specific management measures for the work of single parent students;Second,parents themselves lack scientific educational ideas and methods;Third,the students lack of their own stress resistance literacy;Fifth,there is a lack of effective cooperation among family,school and society.In order to further improve the stress resistance level of junior middle school students from single parent families.The author suggests that schools should strengthen the work management of junior middle school students from single parent families,improve the educational concept of single parents,develop a school-based training system for single parent students to improve their resilience,strengthen the collaborative cooperation between family,school and community,and jointly help the healthy growth of students from single parent families.
