Adjusting Study About Single-parent Family Of The City In The Modernization Process

With the development of modernization, the family model and the marriage relationship have greatly changed in our country, which divorce rate brings on single-parent family on the increase. The single-parent family meet lots of difficulties and pressures as a weak group, so these affect the fine revolving and the development of the whole society. Therefore, it is important for adjusting study of single-parent family in the city. It has significant meaning of reality and theory.This essay makes use of the correlated theory of sociology and education, which establish the analysis frame and adopt questionnaire, interview and document. The essay samples part students and part parents from single-parent families in Changchun City. This essay carrys out adjusting study so as to solve the problems existing in the single-parent family.This essay consists of six parts. The first part is preface. This part demonstrates mainly the relation between the modernization process and the single-parent family, study meaning of article and theory basis. In addition, it introduces general situation of domestic and abroad, concerning basic concepts in the essay. The second part summarizes the situation, existing problems and cause analysis of single-parent family. The third part sums up family internal relationship and mental state in the single-parent family. Most parents especially single mother in the single-parent family encounter much more pressures, they feel nervous, depressed when they face difficulties. Children in the single-parent family also feel anxious, lonely and nervous .The fourth part is about the children education of single-parent family. This part points at the methods to educate child through all sorts of education system because loss family education can revoke society problems. The fifth part analyzes that the whole society should take care of the single-parent family and take some measures. In addition, the single-parent family is a transition period, most single-parent families will be rebuild in the future. The sixth part points at the single-parent family should adjust themselves, accept the reality of single-parent family and look for help from society support system while confronting difficulties and pressures. Besides, single-parent family should pay attention to ways and methods of the single-parent family life. Solving the problems of single-parent family is not only the duties of family members. It also needs support from school and society.
