With the gradual maturity of urbanization in my country, most young people choose to go out to work in the hope of improving their family conditions, and transfer part or all of the responsibility of educating their children to their grandparents.Cross-generational parenting The parents of grandparents are older and have outdated concepts, which leads to the frequent occurrence of behavioral problems of primary school students in cross-generational parenting families. The age of primary school students is in the stage of rapid changes in psychological growth and physical growth.Good family education can promote the development of benign behavior and healthy psychological growth of primary school students.Attention to family education of intergenerational rearing can promote the all-round growth of primary school students, and at the same time improve the theory of the impact of intergenerational rearing on students’ behavior problems and management countermeasures. This study takes the primary school students of three primary schools in K Banner,Tongliao City as the research object, and through questionnaires and interviews to understand the behavioral problems of primary school students in the family of intergenerational rearing,it is found that there are four specific manifestations of the behavioral problems of primary school students in the family of intergenerational rearing:First,The proportion of primary school students from intergenerational rearing families is relatively high;secondly, the proportion of primary school students in intergenerational rearing families is relatively high;the third is that primary school students from intergenerational rearing families have more social interaction behavior problems;the fourth is that primary school students from intergenerational rearing families are prone to feel lonely.Based on the above research, the author proposes educational countermeasures from the aspects of students, families, schools, government, and social work: first, teachers and parents work together to help students manage themselves;second, increase intergenerational communication and do a good job in family education for students;third It is the school that creates favorable conditions and gives more attention to students;the fourth is to strengthen the awareness of government management and form a pattern of joint management;the fifth is to strengthen social work intervention to solve the actual difficulties of the family.
