The integrated development of school sports and community sports can fully mobilize social forces to participate in school sports,promote the socialization of school sports,and cultivate children and adolescents’ lifelong sports habits.The school has a large number of professional sports talents and venues and facilities open to the community can solve the problem of insufficient supply and demand of community sports,meet the sports needs of different groups,and improve the quality of community public sports services.However,because the education department and sports department of our country have not established a perfect inter-departmental cooperative governance mechanism,the development of sports social organization is slow,the type is single,the lack of market organization and so on,it restricts multiple subjects to participate in the integrated development model of school sports and community sports.As the birthplace of modern sports,Britain attaches great importance to the development of school sports and community sports,and after gradual improvement and optimization,a more mature integrated development model has been formed.Based on this,this study takes the integrated development model of school sports and community sports in Britain as the research object,and comprehensively uses the methods of literature,comparative analysis and case analysis.in-depth analysis of the concept,policy planning,management system and operating mechanism of the integrated development of school sports and community sports in Britain,and draw the following conclusions:1.The integrated development of British school sports and community sports has always adhered to the "people-oriented",emphasizing the coordination of multiple subjects to provide equal public sports services,and through a sound system to ensure the integrated development of the two.2.Britain uses scientific policy-making tools to constantly modify and improve the policy of the integrated development of school sports and community sports,establish and improve the corresponding laws and regulations to improve the executive power of the policy,through a variety of ways to achieve the integrated development of school sports and community sports.3.Britain has a huge and complex sports management system,which cooperates horizontally with the government departments responsible for school sports and community sports,forms an inter-departmental collaborative governance mechanism,and vertically contacts various social organizations and groups to form a partnership.work together to build a networked management system.4.Britain has established a sound guarantee mechanism,reward and punishment mechanism,voluntary mechanism,supervision mechanism,evaluation and feedback mechanism to ensure the flexible and efficient operation of the integrated development model of school sports and community sports.By comparing the concept,policy planning,management system and operating mechanism in the process of the integration of school sports and community sports between Britain and China,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the integration of school sports and community sports in our country.and put forward targeted suggestions according to the national conditions of our country:1.Attach importance to the integrated development of school sports and community sports,establish an inter-departmental collaborative governance mechanism,and build a platform for the active cooperation of sports departments,education departments and individual sports associations.2.Establish and improve policies and regulations,improve the legal constraints and rigid requirements of policies,and improve the effectiveness of policies for the integrated development of school sports and community sports.3.Create diversified sports social organizations,encourage government,social and market organizations to actively participate in the integrated development of school sports and community sports,increase the support of schools and community sports clubs,and connect school sports and community sports through clubs.4.Provide special funds and policies to ensure that schools and communities jointly organize and carry out regional sports activities,guide school teachers and students to provide sports voluntary services for the community,and establish a sound public sports performance evaluation mechanism.
