The integration of sports and education,as a key task of sports and education departments in the new era,serves to build a strong country in sports,promote the health of the whole people and build a strong country in education.Healthy physical and mental development of the whole people is an important symbol of China’s prosperity,rejuvenation and people’s happiness.Adolescents’ physical and mental health is the key goal of the integration of physical education and education.Guided by the educational concept of "health first,all-round development",it is the basic demand of implementing school education to establish morality and cultivate people.The advantages and disadvantages of teenagers’ physical health shape the development of school sports and the selection of talents for the younger generation of competitive sports.The curriculum reform of basic education has reshaped the nature and content of physical education and health curriculum,and put forward that physical education and health curriculum is an indispensable link to carry out quality-oriented education,cultivate morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor,and insist on all-round education.With the promulgation of the document on the integration of sports and education,the status of sports in school education has been enhanced,and swimming has been increasingly valued and concerned by the country,society,schools,communities and the public.The starting point of our research is to take swimming and school physical education as the meeting point,to deeply integrate the "learning" in school and the "physical education" outside school,to play the advantages of sports in school and outside school together,and to bring the integration of sports and education into full play.Existing studies mainly focus on the theoretical and policy discussion of sports and education integration,and clarify the ways and methods of sports and education integration,but lack of specific sports events.Therefore,this paper takes swimming as a specific project,and further explores the physical and mental health development of children and teenagers through the integration of physical education,providing reference basis and theoretical value for the implementation of the integration of physical education in current school sports.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,the selection of 13 primary school in WUHAN,with 5 to 7 years of age(children)as the main research object,collect school swimming to carry out the relevant documents and materials,understand the present situation of and problems,through expert interview,questionnaire release form,SPSS was used for reliability and validity test and data analysis,and the conclusions were as follows:From the perspective of sports and education integration,through the two-way cooperation between the amateur sports school and ordinary schools,after 26 weeks of training in the amateur sports school,both psychological and physical indicators of children have been significantly improved.1.Swimming can promote children’s sense of self-efficacy;2.Through the skill-based characteristics of swimming(locking movement),the attention of children can be significantly improved;3.Swimming effectively improves children’s emotional regulation ability and enables them to quickly devote themselves to learning tasks;4,children’s respiratory function is significantly improved,no matter from the growth of breath time,or to the increase of vital capacity,the two indicators are proportional to increase;5.Keeping the BMI of children aged 5-7 stable,the effect of height change is significant,the effect of weight is not significant,but the effect of BMI is not significant,indicating that swimming sports can maintain the physical and mental development of children,continue to promote the development of bones and psychology,and effectively prevent obesity;6.Improve the recovery ability of the heart.The test results of the 9th week and the 26 th week showed that the recovery rate of the heart was significantly improved.Through the research,the development of the cooperation mode of amateur sports schools from the perspective of sports and education integration has a good promotion significance for the improvement of physical and mental indicators of children,which highlights the importance of swimming in sports and education integration,and also reflects the adaptability and integration of sports and education integration to swimming.Education departments should strengthen the teaching body integration,therefore,the design of the concrete implementation plan,establish long-term cooperation with sports administration mechanism,form a kind of normalized operation paradigm,the rational allocation of education resources,the formation of high participation,interest in sex is strong,get feeling much exercise,strengthen swimming exercise in popularity and influence of campus,achieve good education and sports women,Truly realize the value of integrating physical education with education.
