| With the continuous deepening of China’s education reform,private primary education has developed rapidly in China.Private primary schools have played a huge role in personnel training,and how to achieve moral and intellectual education in the process of personnel training is also a problem that must be considered in the personnel training of private schools.This paper selects W private primary school in Zhongshan City as the object,using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey,summarizes the research background,significance and research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and further analyzes the current situation of moral education in W primary school in Zhongshan City,and finds out the existing problems and reasons.Then,combined with the characteristics of the times,the paper puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures,which can provide support for promoting the moral education of W primary school in Zhongshan City,and also provide reference for other similar schools.Based on the theory of quality-oriented education,this paper is divided into five chapters,focusing on the moral education of W primary school.Through the research of this paper,the following views are obtained:firstly,the overall performance of moral education of W primary school is mainly focused on the propaganda of school assembly,supplemented by class moral education class meeting,However,the number of centralized school meetings and moral class meetings is less.At present,w primary school in Zhongshan City has achieved a certain effect of moral education by taking a series of moral education measures,which is mainly reflected in the creation of an atmosphere for the implementation of moral education in the campus,the decline in the fluctuation of behavior against ideological and moral character,and the embryonic form of home school moral education cooperation mode.Secondly,the moral dilemma of W primary school in Zhongshan City is mainly manifested as follows:the school has less investment in moral education,teachers’ moral education methods are outdated,parents ignore their moral role,and the social support environment is poor.The reasons for the dilemma of moral education in W primary school in Zhongshan City are as follows:the support of the school is not good,the teachers’ ideological cognition and professional skills are still difficult to fully match the needs of moral education,there is a certain lack of family moral education,and there is a certain lack of social support environment.Finally,in order to improve the implementation ability and effect of moral education in private primary schools in Zhongshan City,the paper proposes that we should increase the investment in moral education in private schools,establish special moral education organizations in private schools,and strengthen the construction of moral education teachers in private schools;We should change our thinking and cognition,adhere to the education of both intelligence and morality,constantly improve our teaching skills of moral education,fully recognize the impact of technological change,and innovate moral education methods;We should change our thinking,improve the participation of family and school,create a good family moral education environment,and strengthen the exemplary role of parents’ education and daily behavior;We should create a good network contact environment,strengthen the community publicity and education,and strengthen the moral education cooperation among the community,school and family. |
