| Extracurricular sports activities can not only improve the physical quality of left-behind children,but also help to enhance their psychological quality.At present,the research on left-behind children is mainly sociological research,and few left-behind children are studied through physical education.On this basis,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the extracurricular sports activities of left-behind children,to explore the factors that affect the extracurricular sports activities of left-behind children,and to encourage the attempt of extracurricular sports activities suitable for the development of left-behind children.Based on the research background of left-behind and extracurricular sports activities,this paper makes a theoretical analysis based on the methods of literature,field observation,questionnaire,interview and statistical analysis.Through the investigation of the subjective understanding,school situation and social support of left-behind children’s extracurricular sports activities in Shangqiu No.16 Middle School,this paper analyzes the influencing factors from three aspects:individual,school sports and social sports policy of left-behind children,and finally explores the measures to promote left-behind children’s extracurricular sports activities in combination with the three levels of left-behind children themselves,school and society.Through the investigation of the subjective understanding,school situation and social support of the left behind children’s extracurricular sports activities in No.16 Middle School of Shangqiu City,this paper analyzes the influencing factors from three aspects of the left behind children’s individual,school sports and social sports policies,and finally explores the measures to promote the left behind children’s extracurricular sports activities from three aspects:the left behind children themselves,school and society.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:first,the left behind children’s extracurricular sports activities subjective identity,participation diversification,external support is not enough.Left behind children can actively participate in extra-curricular sports activities,but it is affected by many factors;second,the factors affecting left behind children’s extracurricular sports activities mainly include left behind children’s own factors,school sports environment and social sports policies.Third,in order to improve the left behind children’s participation in extracurricular sports activities,we can enhance the left behind children’s understanding of sports and stimulate their interest in sports;according to the content of extracurricular sports activities,we should strengthen the construction of sports venues and facilities,strengthen the construction of PE teachers and professional training;strengthen the support of government departments,the communication between parents or guardians and left behind children,Strengthen the parents or guardians’ awareness of sports health and increase the funds for extracurricular sports activities.In this regard,this study is based on promoting the healthy and all-round development of left behind children,according to the investigation of the left behind children’s extracurricular sports activities in Shangqiu No.16 middle school,and analyzes the reasons behind the problems,so as to put forward feasible suggestions. |
