The outbreak of COVID-19 has left teachers and students in a state of spatial separation for a long time.Online education has been widely used based on a series of national policies such as "Suspension of Classes without Suspension of Schooling".However,in the process of teaching practice, problems such as insufficient resources and limited interaction in the online learning environment may affect the learning effectiveness of learners.Researching online learning engagement is helpful to understand the real learning situation of learners and respond to doubts about the effectiveness of learning.Paying attention to the impact of learners’ perceptions of environment in online learning on learning engagement is conducive to identifying the online learning environment factors that have the most obvious impact on learners’ learning engagement,so as to improve the existing online learning environment or design new ones in a targeted manner. So that learning environment allows learners to engage in learning better.Based on this, this research investigated and analyzed a large number of domestic and foreign research documents, defined the conceptual dimensions of the perception of learning environment and learning engagement, and analyzed the current research status of the two.Based on the shortcomings of current related research, this research uses the 3P/4P model as the theoretical basis, introduces learning engagement as a process variable, and constructs a research model that focuses on the impact of the perception of online learning environment on learning engagement.Based on the designed research model, the researcher selected 38 undergraduates in a class of educational technology in a certain university as the research object, and used the pre-class online learning link of the flipped course "Information Technology and Curriculum Integration" as the research context to design research tools.Combine the mobile experience sampling method to carry out longitudinal teaching experiments. In the first class, the study collected learners’ selfefficacy, motivation and other personal characteristics information. Then use the online questionnaire link to make mobile experience sampling, collect the perception of learning environment and learning engagement data of the learners in different online learning environments four times, and finally use regression, hierarchical linear model and other methods to statistically analyze the data.According to the results of data analysis, the research hypothesis was tested, and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)There is no significant change in the perception of learning environment and learning engagement of learners in different environments, but the correlation between the two is significant;(2)In online learning, the learner’s perceived peer support has a significant positive impact on their cognitive, emotional, and social engagement;(3)In online learning, learners’ self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on their behavior, cognition, and social engagement, and learners’ autonomous motivation has a significant positive impact on their emotional engagement;learners’ autonomous motivation negatively regulates the impact of learners’ perception of peer support on cognitive engagement.Based on the analysis results of the impact of the perception of learning environment on learning engagement in online learning, and referring to existing research, the author puts forward three suggestions that can help increase online learning input:(1)Design effective collaborative tasks and interactive activities to create a good online interactive environment;(2)Design teaching content from the shallower to the deeper to cultivate learners’ sense of self-efficacy;(3)Improve the construction of online learning support service system to enhance learners’ motivation for autonomous learning.
